You Will

• Working directly with developers, merchants and internal teams on post integration issues to provide technical support, consulting and best practices. External customers contact through tickets. Internal customers use different contact avenues depending on priority.

• Conducting test scenarios for technical issues with code, software, hardware, devices and endpoints.

• Installing and configuring test environments, payment APIs and ecommerce products.

• Communicating technical issues to customers and internal departments.

• Identifying irregularities in functionality and unexpected behaviors with Airwallex products and services.

• Developing in-depth technical information (sample code, log searching, FAQs) for distribution to customers.

Skills And Experience You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or relevant majors

• 2-5 years of working experience in either programming, technical support, implementation or relevant jobs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, able to communicate clearly and appropriately with internal and customers.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Prioritization, well organized and detailed oriented on tickets handling, able to work on multiple urgent issues in parallel.

• Must have sufficient technical knowledge to communicate with the development team

• Strong willingness to provide exceptional customer service

• Demonstrated quick learning of technology and new products

• Experienced in the e-commerce, payment, fintech industry is a plus

Technical Skills:

• Experienced in one of the programming languages: Python, Java, php, C#, Java Script or shell scripting

• Familiar with Web Technologies, HTTP and HTTPS

• Experienced with REST, JSON, SOAP

• Experienced with SQL

• Familiar with Logstash, Kibana and Graylog

• Familiar with AliCloud and Google Cloud is a plus

• Good command of both English and Mandarin

• Design and develop machine/process control software for automated semiconductor systems, integrating OEM components and producing optimized, well-documented code.
• Lead validation and regression testing, prepare test documentation, and ensure software quality through defect analysis and collaborative resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet SEMI SECS/GEM standards, support field installations, and enhance equipment performance through system analysis and coding improvements.
• Continuously improve software tools and processes by staying current with industry best practices and tailoring solutions to meet evolving customer and operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechatronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of software development and validation experience in Windows environments (XP and above), preferably within the Semiconductor Manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in C++, VC++, MFC, SQL, object-oriented programming, and multi-threaded control software.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating industrial hardware components such as motion controllers (servo/stepper), analog input devices, and high-speed I/O systems into automated equipment.
• Understanding of SEMI SECS/GEM communication protocols and hands-on exposure to GUI development using C#, WPF, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or VBA.

Job Description

• Translate product requirements, user flows, and system specifications into detailed testplans, structured test cases, and clear release criteria
• Define and maintain functional, regression, integration, performance, and safety testsuites, creating traceability matrices linking requirements to test results
• Design and execute test scenarios across simulation (SiL), lab environments (HiL), andlive customer sites to validate robot behavior, navigation, and task execution
• Perform fault-injection and stress testing, including network failures, sensordegradation, CPU/memory overload, and service disruptions
• Validate system behaviour under varied environments and edge cases, using tools likeSyncOS to configure workflows and validate operational scenarios.
• Measure and validate resource usage (CPU, memory, network) to ensure the stability, and reliability of robotics software in high-load scenarios.
• Investigate issues discovered during testing or live operations by analyzing logs,telemetry, system metrics, and observed robot behavior
• Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for failures related to perception, navigation,localization, or system integration, working closely with developers forresolution.

Required Skillsets

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a relatedfield.
• Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, test lifecycle, and quality assurance practices.
• Experience translating system requirements into structured test cases and test plans.
• Hands-on experience with simulation-based testing (SiL /HiL) or complex system testing.
• Familiarity with robotics or distributed systems concepts such as sensors, networking, real-time systems, and fault tolerance.
