RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Executive (Outreach and Engagement) works with their assigned centres to execute programmes to facilitate the interactions and engagement between the community and the clients/caregivers. He/ she works with the community partners and volunteers for these outreach and engagement programmes and guides the centre and volunteers in executing the programme activities. He/she also collaborates and establishes relationships with volunteers, grassroots organisations, and community partners to fulfil MINDS' vision of outreach and serving the unserved and underserved segment of the ID population in Singapore through the centre's operations. The Programme Executive is responsible for the planning, designing, coordination of activities and programmes promote the active participation, meaningful engagement and learning of clients from the Centre with the community partners and volunteers.  He/ she will work in close collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, consisting of Allied Health Professionals such as the Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, physiotherapist, and/ or Speech Language Therapist, and Training Officers when designing the programmes. These programmes can be at the centre or outside of the centres.

The Programme Executive should have great communication, time management & problem-solving skills. They should be able to work well both independently & in a team with integrity, sensitivity, knowledge and drive to support & advocate for their clients with intellectual disability.

Networking and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders within the community

• Develop and establish professional or social networks with the local community to leverage on community resources and volunteers to meet the various needs of the clients in the centre.
• Maintain and manage relationships with the community stakeholders for sustained efforts in volunteerism, and opportunities for clients in community participation, integration and inclusion
• Coordinate recruitment, deployment, training, and appreciation of community stakeholders
• Connect, consult, and collaborate with relevant community partners, and be a catalyst for action in raising disability awareness and inclusion in the relevant boundary where the centre operates
• Implement, review and evaluate programme impact on service users, identify and analyse trends and needs in Disability service development. Share and communicate findings in relevant internal and or external platform(s) to ensure relevance in service / sector improvement.

Programme / Curriculum planning, implementation & evaluation

• Design and plan programmes/ activities to promote learning, participation and meaningful engagement between the clients in the centre with the local community and volunteers.
• Implement the programme/ activities in collaboration with the Training Officers and/ or Multi-Disciplinary Team members in the centre
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the programme/ activities
• Identify gaps and areas of improvement for programmes/ activities

Run daily operations and activities at the Centre's Community Inclusive Space/Drop-in Centre

• Execute schedules and programmes for the clients, caregivers in the community inclusive space.
• Orientation, recognition and retention of volunteers and community partners
• Ensure the safety and well-being of community partners, volunteers and clients during programme activities, including risk assessment and management
• Execute the work processes to ensure smooth running of the Community Inclusive Space, which includes but not limited to the retail, workshop and drop-in centre portions of the space.

The Role

The Youth Development Centre (YDC) will provide Youth Mental Health programmes which include a drop-in centre service for at-risk youths from low to middle-income families, psychoeducation and therapeutic group work sessions for youth in schools and their families struggling with mental health, and other preventive and remedial community programmes aimed at helping youth and families cope with mental health issues. We also provide specialized supervised access services for vulnerable families.

Role Summary

As a Data Engineer in the Lakehouse and AI Data Platform team, you will design, build, test and support data pipelines and curated datasets on the firm’s modern data platform. You will work across ingestion, transformation, modelling, optimisation and data quality, helping to deliver data products that are reliable, scalable and fit for purpose.  Where there are gaps in platform functionality, you may also contribute to shared tooling or framework components that improve how the platform is used and operated.

The role is suited to engineers who are comfortable writing code, working with SQL and distributed data processing, and solving practical delivery problems in a team environment. More experienced candidates may also contribute to technical design, platform standards and the shaping of delivery approaches across a wider set of use cases.

Pipeline Engineering

• Build, enhance and support batch and streaming data pipelines on the Lakehouse and AI data platform.
• Refactor or modernise existing data flows where needed to improve reliability, performance and maintainability.

• Ensure data pipelines are production-ready, well tested and operationally supportable.

Data Modelling and Curation

• Develop raw, refined and curated datasets that support analytics, reporting and AI use cases.

• Work with consumers to shape data products that are usable, well documented and aligned to business needs.

Data Quality and Reconciliation

• Contribute to clear standards for testing, monitoring and issue resolution.
