Requirements

1. Business Integration (Core)

Protocol Integration: Proficiency in common interface protocols (MQTT, HTTP, gRPC, WebSocket); experienced in efficiently integrating with third-party SDKs/APIs for elevator and access control.

Logic Design: Expert in Finite State Machines (FSM) or Behavior Trees; ability to write robust strategies for complex scenarios in path-based delivery (e.g., elevator malfunctions, path obstructions).

Network Resilience: Proficiency in Linux network stack optimization; capable of ensuring stable data transmission and system recovery in challenging environments with intermittent signals (e.g., elevators, underground parking lots, and dead zones).

2. Software Development

Programming Proficiency: Skilled in Python or C++ for business logic development with high standards for code quality and documentation.

ROS Fundamentals: Solid understanding of ROS1/ROS2 architectures; ability to interface with robot chassis SDKs for motion control (velocity commands, start/stop, error correction).

Full-Stack Collaboration: Familiar with Docker deployment; able to develop lightweight Web interfaces or scripts for joint debugging with existing dispatching systems and management backends.

3. Engineering & Field Operations

On-site Optimization: Strong hands-on engineering mindset; capable of fine-tuning robot poses and velocity profiles at critical nodes like elevators and doorways in real-world environments.

Troubleshooting: Ability to quickly locate intermittent field issues through log analysis, rosbag playback, or network packet sniffing (Wireshark).

Your responsibilities include:

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and third-party services, including handling SFTP-based data exchanges

• Collaborating with stakeholders to validate business requirements

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components to meet complex business needs          

• Using Salesforce APIs to integrate with third-party systems components/services

• Adhering to Salesforce best practices with proper documentation

• Configure and customise Salesforce platform features, including objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and flows to support business processes

• Manage and maintain security and access controls, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules in line with governance policies

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions will be a bonus

• Knowledge of Salesforce development and customisation, including:

The Senior System Engineer serves as the senior technical authority within the Service Delivery organization. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for end-to-end system architecture, technical design, and execution across complex, large-scale deployments. You will define technical strategy, ensure delivery excellence, mentor engineers, and act as the top-level escalation point for critical incidents. Working closely with the PMO and cross-functional teams, you will safeguard delivery integrity, enforce technical standards, and ensure all projects meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for multi-site, geo-redundant systems. Develop High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) and validate Detailed-Level Designs (DLD) before deployment.
• Define reference architectures and golden images; champion automation-first strategies for provisioning, configuration, patching, and system upgrades.
• Own technical delivery plans, risk identification, and mitigation strategies across staging and production environments. Ensure proper validation through documented unit, integration, and UAT testing.
• Partner with engineering and PMO teams to maintain governance frameworks, manage change control, and align key stakeholders at every project milestone.

Technical Skills and Experience
