Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end reliability and performance of hybrid and cloud-connected network services.

• Apply Network Reliability Engineering(NRE) principles to reduce operational toil and improve service resilience.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve highly available hybrid and cloud network architectures.

Ansible :

· Develop, maintain, and optimize Ansible playbooks, roles, and inventories to automate network device configuration, deployment, and operational activities across multi-vendor environments. 

· Automate routine network tasks such as configuration management, backups, compliance checks, firmware upgrades, and provisioning to reduce manual effort and improve reliability. 

· Translate network SOPs, runbooks, and BAU activities into reusable Ansible-based automation workflows(Infrastructure-as-Code) for scalable and consistent execution. 

· Implement event-driven and self-healing automation by integrating Ansible playbooks with monitoring systems, APIs, and ITSM tools to enable automated remediation and faster incident resolution. 

· Ensure network consistency and compliance by using Ansible to validate device state, detect configuration drift, and enforce standardized configurations across network infrastructure. 

Hybrid, Cloud & Data Center Networking

• Hands‑on experience supporting Cisco ACI fabrics integrated with hybrid connectivity models.

• Strong working knowledge of Cisco IOS‑XE and Cisco NX‑OS in enterprise and data center environments.

• Experience managing Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC).

• Practical experience with AWS networking including VPC design, routing, security groups, NACLs, Transit Gateway, VPN, and Direct Connect.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer with Subject Matter Expert (SME)–level expertise in AlgoSec Security Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have expert-level hands-on experience with AlgoSec firewall automation and integration with multiple firewall platforms including Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco FTD, and FortiGate. • Implement and maintain data quality, validation, and error-handling frameworks.

Data Management & Governance

• Design and manage data storage solutions with a strong focus on object storage, data quality, and data governance.
• Implement and maintain data lifecycle management and cost-optimisation strategies.
• Ensure data lineage, traceability, and auditability.

Analytics & BI Enablement

• Engineer analytics-ready data models for reporting and self-service analytics.
• Enable BI dashboards, reports, and analytics through performant and governed data pipelines.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with government security and privacy requirements.
• Implement and maintain encryption, access controls, secure data handling practices, and system security policies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise data engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on data engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools, with Talend highly preferred.
• Experience with data warehouses, data lakehouses, data lakes, and object storage systems.
• Qlik Sense Enterprise integration experience is highly preferred.
• Prior CAT 1 / G50 security clearance is required.
• Previous experience delivering MINDEF projects is required.
