• Ability to facilitate discussions/workshops to elicit, manage and prioritise key business needs.

• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.

• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Have a thorough understanding of computer systems, in order to recognise any hardware limitations that could impact software design.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Knowledge in one of the following areas will be added advantage, Agile Methodology, Business Process Reengineering, Customer Relationship Management, Data Analytics, ERP, Digital and Mobile Technologies, Knowledge Management.
• Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage.
