Job Objectives:

• Generate and maintain documentation for network changes, incident reports, and monthly performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues and implement infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with SLA and IT security policies.

• Networking: Cisco (CCNP certified), Nexus, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP, STP, VLAN, VPN
• Firewalls: Checkpoint, Juniper
• Servers: Windows Server 2008/2003, Active Directory, FTP, DNS, DHCP, Backup Server
• Monitoring & Ticketing Tools: SolarWinds, NetBrain, Riverbed, IBM ISM, Ichamp, JIRA, CA Spectrum
• Others: Lotus Notes, Blackberry configuration, SSL VPN, Symantec Endpoint Antivirus

Required Skills & Experience:

·      Bachelor Degree in relevant field (e.g.,Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering).

·      10+ years of experience

·      Willingness to participate in 24x7 supportrotations and on-site activities.

·      Excellent communication and documentationabilities.

·      Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
