We hope to improve the health outcomes of seniors living in the community through providing a suite of programs to help them live healthier lives and support their aspirations to age in place.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating support services and organising activities for the seniors
• Assist in planning & coordinating programmes and activities for the seniors
• Assist in managing, supervising and supporting volunteers
• Conduct Community Screener and ensure buddying & befriending criteria are met
• Assist in conducting outreach
• Assist Programme Executive to prepare monthly report
• General admin duties

Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘A’ Level, Diploma with Social Service
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Preferably with interest and passion for the elderly
• This position is on contract basis

Work Location: Buangkok Green/ Bukit Batok/ Choa Chu Kang/ Bukit Panjang
