The Senior Programme Executive leads inclusive, play-based learning and life skills programmes for children and youths with disabilities, ensuring seamless support from early childhood to young adulthood. This role collaborates with caregivers, volunteers, and partners to promote participation. Responsibilities

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in a related field with Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) (SDESN); OR relevant degree/diploma with NIEC Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention/Certificate in Autism and Higher Certificate in Autism
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working with children and/or youths with diverse needs, including developmental and intellectual disabilities
• Ability to work on weekends to oversee community programmes (with staggered rest days or time-off-in-lieu provided)
