In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the marketing of ABB’s offerings to targeted market segments and manage the offerings throughout their lifecycle, in line with market needs and division/product group/business line strategy and targets. The role is to orchestrate and leverage all existing domain expertise of FPSO across the global Energy Industries organization, while also developing specialized capabilities within a specific vertical to benefit the entire Division

• Owning the global vertical business strategy, development and external collaborations.

• Supporting in the development and intensively promote digital solutions owing to specific segment specialization within floating offshore segment.

• Serving as reference point for early engagement with key strategic customers  

• Owning and maintaining a fit-for-purpose product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and channeling requirements to Innovation and Technology and Marketing & Communications 

• Developing sales enablement tools that deliver value across all regions globally 

• Orchestrating FPSO global strategy carefully reading the current & future market needs and    collaborate with team to implement.

• Developing FPSO global internal framework and governance by involving all the stake-holders.

• Mapping the available different technology in market for FPSO and feedback ABB global technology / R&D team to calibrate the ABB solutions.

Qualifications for the role

• Engineering background with around 15 years of experience out of which at least 10 years in FPSO segment in process flow area, digital optimization, energy efficiency etc.

• Experience in product management value chain, taking leadership and driving segment level customer engagement.

• Thorough knowledge in FPSO and / or FLNG process optimization in process control systems and digitalization solutions.

• Knowledge of Marine systems, FPSO, including class rules like ABS, and DNV.

• Hands-on experience for business development, marketing,  engineering, project management & construction of FPSO projects.

• Good understanding of entire FPSO value chain including FPSO investment, supply chain, construction, operation.

• Knowledge of overall FPSO design including associated process & operation requirement.

• Experience in developing strong customer and internal relationships based on business needs.

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Manager (ITSM) to lead the implementation of IT Security Strategy across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to uphold and enhance our cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Incident Response & Security Monitoring

• Work closely with SIRO/SIRM, IT Security Officer (ITSO) and SOC to monitor, detect, and respond to threats on-premises and on cloud.
• Lead Security Incident Response (IR) and post-mortem analyses for cybersecurity incidents arising from security threat events.
• Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and threat intelligence related to cloud platforms.
• Disseminate security advisories, threat intelligence reports, security directives, and patch recommendations promptly to the relevant stakeholders in the agencies.
• Partake in tabletop exercises, security risk management activities, audits and third-party assessments to enhance incident response readiness.

2. Security Product Management

• Monitor security events on SIEM (e.g. Splunk, Cortex, Exa beam), perform event triage and analysis.
• Perform Vulnerability Assessments (Tenable Nessus) on applications (e.g. web client/server, mobile apps), networking and computing devices (e.g. firmware, Operating System).

3. Security Governance & Compliance

• Lead and conduct periodic security reviews to ensure adherence to IT Security Policies, Standards, Controls and industry best practices.
• Recommend and implement security initiatives and enhancement based on findings from tabletop exercises (TTX) and audits.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with secure configuration standards across network, systems and endpoint (i.e. CIS Hardening) at agencies.
• Analyse Vulnerability Assessment (VA) scan results, track and report remediation status according to the stipulated timeframe.

4. Network, Systems and Endpoint Security

• Manage, configure, and optimize security tools and platforms to ensure effective integration with network and IT infrastructure.
• Manage network, system, endpoint and runtime security of on-premises and cloud environments.
• Perform regular reviews of accounts for both on-premises and on cloud systems/applications.

5. Documentation and Reporting

• Implement and update security policies, technical baselines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain documentation of security incidents, vulnerability assessments, security checklist, security controls and policies.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to update security performance metrics, incident trends, compliance status and risk mitigation efforts.
• Ensure timely escalation and reporting of cybersecurity incidents to management and stakeholders.

6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

• Provide guidance and mentor a team of IT Security Officers (ITSOs).
• Collaborate with various IT teams (e.g. Infrastructure, Applications, Project) and external vendors to implement and maintain security controls and measures.
• Act as the key liaison with stakeholders (e.g. SIRO/SIRM, IT, Application Teams) and cloud service providers to align security practices with organizational cybersecurity strategies and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Security leadership role, with preferably 1 year in Cloud Security.
• Singaporean only.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g. SIEM, WAF, AV, EDR, PAM, DAM).
• Deep understanding of vulnerability management, threat analysis, and incident response processes.
• Good understanding of secure network design, endpoint security, and system hardening techniques.
• Familiarity with ICT security compliance frameworks, cybersecurity standards, and risk management practices.
• Familiar with IaC security (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD security.

Certifications

• Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM or CISA is a must.
• Cloud certifications such as CCSP, AWS Certified Security, Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate or equivalent would be advantageous.

 Position Summary  

The Client Technology Manager (CTM) position is a high impact hands-on leadership role, responsible for delivering our IT managed services to a portfolio of client accounts with the support of a dedicated technical team. The successful CTM will manage customer relationships, expectations, and liaise to internal communities and stakeholders to ensure customer success. In this dynamic customer-facing, process- oriented role, you will participate in safeguarding our revenue, retaining our clients, growing our accounts, and spearheading projects to modernize client infrastructure.

We are seeking a Senior Information Technology Support Manager with deep expertise in Oracle UIM to lead solution design, development, and support for telecom OSS/BSS environments. Objectives of the position:

Responsible for the management of product development projects for our company’s connectivity solutions with experience in cables and connectors for power, signal and data primarily for ASEAN, Australia/New Zealand, Taiwan and other APAC countries (no own development projects, but management / coordination and handling of traded goods). Objectives of the position:

Responsible for the management of product development projects for our company’s connectivity solutions with experience in cables and connectors for power, signal and data primarily for ASEAN, Australia/New Zealand, Taiwan and other APAC countries (no own development projects, but management / coordination and handling of traded goods). This role combines operational IT leadership with regional security governance and project management responsibilities. Focuses on supporting Paradox Singapore's technology infrastructure and day-to-day operations, while dedicated to corporate governance, information security, and enterprise-wide technology projects.

Responsibilities:

Property Cybersecurity & Data Defense

• Endpoint & Perimeter Security: Manage, monitor, and maintain 100% deployment coverage of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) agents across all local property workstations, front-desk pods, and back-office servers.
• Network Segmentation: Enforce and regularly audit the absolute logical isolation of guest networks (Guest Wi-Fi, In-room IPTV) from secure administrative and corporate data environments.
• Human Firewall Development: Design and execute localized scam-awareness briefings, phishing simulations, and mandatory cybersecurity onboarding training tailored specifically for high-risk frontline hotel staff.
• PDPA Compliance & Data Protection: Act as the on-site IT operational champion for the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Ensure that the information collection, processing, storage, and disposal of PII strictly adhere to PDPA obligations.

Local IT Project Management & Execution

Design and enforce centralized DLP rules, discovery policies, and data classification tags to monitor and prevent unauthorized exfiltration of sensitive guest and corporate data via email, web channels, USB, or cloud storage.
• Global PCI-DSS & PDPA Alignment: Point of contact for external security auditors. and reporting to demonstrate continuous, audit-ready compliance with global PCI-DSS standards and localized data privacy laws (such as Singapore's PDPA).
