RESPONSIBILITIES

• Category Strategy Management for selected category areas
  • General Services Such as Library, security, Legal & Finance Services.
  • Strategic Common category such as catering, logistic services, stationery and other supplies.
• Engage internal stakeholders to understand and refine requirements according to external supply market and across different schools.
• Manage relationship with suppliers according to suppliers' segregation, driving improvement actions and installing a cadence/dashboard/metrics to track suppliers' performance. Organise supplier business review.
• Document and Ensure compliance to Policies/Procedures/Processes in close collaboration with Internal Audit and stakeholders.
• Lead change management and process improvement to reduce non-value-added activities by engaging stakeholders, challenging status quo and providing thought leadership..
• Minimize contractual risks by ensuring proper Contract Management with regular reviews through close working relation with Legal.
• Lead negotiations and devise negotiation strategies with the support of cross functional team to deliver agreed savings by utilising tools such as Benchmarking, Tender, Bidding, Value Engineering etc. Track cost savings.
• Review supplier base regularly for optimization and consolidation according to internal requirements and external supply market situation.
• Individual will be providing consultancy services to their stakeholder and should know about category market trends.

Job Description

• Student Leadership Development and Community Service Curation:Support C4SR’s mission of providing transformative learning experiences through community service and cultivating active citizenship among students.Mentor and guide student leaders of local and overseas projects to deliver impactful and sustainable service to the community using Service-Learning approaches and tools such as needs analysis and asset mapping.Curate and develop new projects to address unmet community needs (local and overseas) and build capacity of communities, in collaboration with non-profit/community partners and student teams.Facilitate student reflection and help students to recognize and articulate their learning through the community service experience.

Qualification

• Degree with at least 5 to 7 years’ relevant work experience in the social service/non-profit, community development or higher education sector.

• Demonstrated ability in project management, and driving initiatives from conceptualization to implementation and evaluation.
• Strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Planning and Implementation
  • Facilitate the University's strategic planning framework, including the coordination of both short-term and long-term planning cycles across departments. This involves aligning departmental plans with the University's overarching strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Support senior leadership in strategy formulation, through the planning and facilitation of executive meetings and retreats. This includes agenda development, preparation of materials, documentation of key discussions, and synthesis of insights to inform long-term strategic goals and frameworks. It also involves coordinating the communication of strategic directions across the University.
  • Implement robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track the progress and performance of the University's Strategic Plan and associated initiatives.   • Coordinate the preparation and presentation of strategic reports, including progress updates, initiative reviews, and other key performance insights to support evidence-based decision-making and institutional planning.

• Corporate Planning and Performance Management
  • Collaborate with Office of Finance (OFIN) for the University's annual budget and work plan exercise as OSM lead, such as coordinating relevant SOCIs' work plan and budget review sessions with their ExCo member for OSM team members, working with OSM team members to review submitted work plans and highlight potential issues for discussion to ExCo leaders.
  • As a planning business partner, facilitate performance review sessions between the University management and key business units. Engaging the key business units to understand the drivers and causes of performance and highlight areas of achievement and opportunities for enhancement. Post-performance reviews, engage with the key business units for target revisions/confirmation and align proposed new work plans and annual budgets to desired performance and outcomes.
  • As a planning business partner, advise assigned departments on conceptualising and implementing their business-level strategies and initiatives to align their plans with the University's strategic aspirations and performance objectives
  • Facilitating the compilation, analysis, and reporting of performance data, budgeting information, and business initiatives to support evidence-based decision-making and effective institutional planning.
  • Manage the Executive Management Dashboard (EMD), a performance management dashboard which consolidates key strategic and operational performance data, giving SMU leadership and senior management insights into the University's key performance areas.

As part of the Sector Landscape Review Programme Office team, you will play a pivotal role to review and co-drive the planning of the community care sector together with Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Sector, and develop/shape strategies to achieve AIC’s objectives for the aging population.

About the Role

The Programme Manager will support the STCC Programme Office in coordinating and executing key translational research programmes, while facilitating collaboration across STCC platforms. The role aims to strengthen STCC’s ability to deliver multi-institutional programmes and improve alignment between clinical, research, data, and industry-facing activities. The incumbent will work across programmes and platforms, with scope to progressively take on greater responsibility as familiarity with STCC’s operations increases. The role will also support improved coordination across programmes and platforms to enable more efficient translation of STCC capabilities into research and collaboration outcomes.

• Support planning and execution of STCC programmes by:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• NonTuition Financial Assistance Schemes
  • Oversee the endtoend administration of nontuition financial assistance schemes, including workstudy grants, overseas exchange grants (outgoing and incoming), shortterm programme grants, and experiential learning grants.
  • Coordinate with academic schools, GEO, DKHM Career Centre, C4SR, and other partners to ensure accurate eligibility assessment, timely processing, coordinated approvals, and compliant disbursement of funds.
• Student Awards
  • Oversee the administration of academic and nonacademic student awards, including Universitylevel and externally funded awards
  • Coordinate system enrolment and processes for major University awards such as the Valedictorian, Salutatorian, and Ho Kwon Ping Circle Awards.
• Student Loan Programmes
  • Oversee MOEregulated student loan schemes, including Tuition Fee Loans, Study Loans, Overseas Exchange Loans.
  • Work closely with the Office of Finance and relevant University units to ensure accurate application processing, approvals, disbursements, and auditready records in compliance with MOE and University requirements.
• Budget Planning, Governance & Compliance
  • Support budget planning, utilisation monitoring, and expenditure projections for CSFAadministered schemes to ensure sustainable and effective use of financial assistance funds.
  • Ensure operations comply with university policies, donor requirements, and MOE regulations, and identify and escalate operational risks, exceptions, and compliance gaps.
  • Contribute to audit readiness and continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Operational Continuity
  • Support outreach and communications to promote awareness and understanding of CSFAadministered financial assistance schemes.
  • Ensure studentfacing materials and frontline responses are accurate, consistent, and aligned with approved policies.
  • Act as operational backup for CSFAadministered schemes and provide functional guidance to a contract staff member to ensure continuity of operations.

• Degree holder with at least 5-7 years of relevant administrative or operational experience; prior experience in the education sector and/or customer service will be an advantage.
• Prior experience with a good understanding of financial assistance schemes, including financial aid, bursaries, and/or scholarships, will be an advantage.
• Experience in the conception and implementation of operational and process improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and coordinate multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a highvolume, deadlinedriven environment.

• Portfolio Construction & Implementation: Develop and implement portfolio construction strategies and techniques for the Endowment to achieve long-term return objectives. Use quantitative models, optimisation tools and advanced analytics to enhance portfolio construction and asset allocation processes.
• Investment Strategy Development: Incorporate market trends, economic indicators and investment implications to provide actionable insights and recommendations to CIO on portfolio positioning and sizing.

We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee a team and lead the management of Pre-Employment Clinical Training and Workplace Training at the cluster level. You will coordinate education matters across SingHealth, manage significant funding streams, and ensure our clinical training programmes meet national standards whilst supporting the development of healthcare educators throughout our network.

What You Will Do:

You will serve as the central coordinator for clinical training matters at cluster level, managing training funds from the Ministry of Health (MOH) whilst overseeing required agreements for clinical training initiatives.
