1. Technical Support and Incident Resolution:

• Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets at assigned field locations, tracking asset lifecycle from deployment to disposal.

• Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and site-specific runbooks to empower local staff and improve First Call Resolution (FCR) rates.

• Ensure local compliance with corporate IT policies, licensing requirements, and physical security standards for IT equipment.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT Support, Field Service Engineering, or Systems Administration supporting a multi-site environment.

• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting PC/laptop hardware, operating systems (Windows 10/11), and common enterprise applications.

In addition to strong knowledge in Data Centers, hardware and network repair, candidates will create documentation, innovate solutions, participate in site-level project work, and fix complex problems within the Data Center Space.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of direct people management, including performance management and employee development experience
• Experience deploying, managing, and optimizing Microsoft Windows Server, or experience in Linux OS and network troubleshooting and experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
• In-depth knowledge and experience of change / incident management.
• Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience in web security and experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in large-scale networking environments
• Experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering
• Data Center related certification - CDCP/S/E, CDCMP/TP is an added advantage

We are looking for a Software Manager to drive the development and delivery of mission-critical solutions. You will act as a key technology partner to customers and work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to deliver end-to-end software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and translate customer needs into solutions
• Lead end-to-end software development, implementation, and system integration
• Oversee system design, performance, testing, and deployment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (software & hardware engineers)
• Monitor system reliability during installation, configuration, and testing
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, budgets, timelines, and resources
• Ensure alignment with business goals, quality standards, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5 years in Product Management / Technical Project / System Delivery roles
• Experience in software development lifecycle and Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in Government, or system integration projects is a plus

• Able to work across teams in fast-paced environments
