We are seeking an experienced IT Security Manager (ITSM) to lead the implementation of IT Security Strategy across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to uphold and enhance our cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Incident Response & Security Monitoring

• Work closely with SIRO/SIRM, IT Security Officer (ITSO) and SOC to monitor, detect, and respond to threats on-premises and on cloud.
• Lead Security Incident Response (IR) and post-mortem analyses for cybersecurity incidents arising from security threat events.
• Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and threat intelligence related to cloud platforms.
• Disseminate security advisories, threat intelligence reports, security directives, and patch recommendations promptly to the relevant stakeholders in the agencies.
• Partake in tabletop exercises, security risk management activities, audits and third-party assessments to enhance incident response readiness.

2. Security Product Management

• Monitor security events on SIEM (e.g. Splunk, Cortex, Exa beam), perform event triage and analysis.
• Perform Vulnerability Assessments (Tenable Nessus) on applications (e.g. web client/server, mobile apps), networking and computing devices (e.g. firmware, Operating System).

3. Security Governance & Compliance

• Lead and conduct periodic security reviews to ensure adherence to IT Security Policies, Standards, Controls and industry best practices.
• Recommend and implement security initiatives and enhancement based on findings from tabletop exercises (TTX) and audits.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with secure configuration standards across network, systems and endpoint (i.e. CIS Hardening) at agencies.
• Analyse Vulnerability Assessment (VA) scan results, track and report remediation status according to the stipulated timeframe.

4. Network, Systems and Endpoint Security

• Manage, configure, and optimize security tools and platforms to ensure effective integration with network and IT infrastructure.
• Manage network, system, endpoint and runtime security of on-premises and cloud environments.
• Perform regular reviews of accounts for both on-premises and on cloud systems/applications.

5. Documentation and Reporting

• Implement and update security policies, technical baselines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain documentation of security incidents, vulnerability assessments, security checklist, security controls and policies.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to update security performance metrics, incident trends, compliance status and risk mitigation efforts.
• Ensure timely escalation and reporting of cybersecurity incidents to management and stakeholders.

6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

• Provide guidance and mentor a team of IT Security Officers (ITSOs).
• Collaborate with various IT teams (e.g. Infrastructure, Applications, Project) and external vendors to implement and maintain security controls and measures.
• Act as the key liaison with stakeholders (e.g. SIRO/SIRM, IT, Application Teams) and cloud service providers to align security practices with organizational cybersecurity strategies and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Security leadership role, with preferably 1 year in Cloud Security.
• Singaporean only.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g. SIEM, WAF, AV, EDR, PAM, DAM).
• Deep understanding of vulnerability management, threat analysis, and incident response processes.
• Good understanding of secure network design, endpoint security, and system hardening techniques.

• Understand and lead Risk Governance & SaaS Management,
• Track data tier classifications, vendor SOC 2 compliance, and geographic data hosting locations.

SWiZ Technologies is looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Services Manager to lead the technical direction of our Managed Services business.

This is not a typical IT Manager role.

We are looking for someone who can become the technical back bone of our Managed Services division — a leader who understands technology, service delivery, solution architecture, cybersecurity, automation, AI, and business growth.

You will work closely with our Singapore management team to strengthen existing services, develop new offerings, support pre-sales activities, and guide technical teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead the technical direction of our Managed Services business

✔ Support sales and business development through solution design, technical proposals, and client engagements

Responsibilities ( Lead & Head of Site Reliability Engineer | SRE Manager )

High Availability and Stability Maintenance of Application Systems:

• Includes daily monitoring, alert response, emergency handling, on-call duties, regular system health checks, and performance optimization.

Compliance and Secure Access Construction for Application Systems:

• Ensure operational design, processes, and data management comply with relevant privacy and data protection laws.
• Ensure compliance with full auditing and regulatory checks and provide auditing materials as required.

Change and Release Management:

• Best practices for application system changes, including change control, version management, and rollback strategies, while ensuring operational duties during release windows.

Automation and Infrastructure Optimization:

• Drive operational automation by designing and implementing automated tools and processes, ensuring resource allocation is optimized and supporting business scalability.

Other Operational Practices and Work Arrangements:

• Providefeedback and suggestions for business architecture design and continuously produce operational technical documentation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above; a degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience in cloud services products and application operations and minimum 1 year of managerial experience.
3. Familiar with cloud platform deployment and management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
4. Experience with automation operations and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
5. Familiarity with CI / CD processes and tools (e.g Jenkins, GitLab CI).

The Head of Payment will own performance & KPIs on all payment-related business lines in the market. What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the expansion and launch of new payment solutions as well as partner management for Strategic Partners.
• Lead the top-level architecture design and capability building of core payment products, covering acquiring, transaction processing, settlement, account systems, and other key modules, creating a competitive payment product portfolio.
• Discuss and create business possibilities with potential / existing partners such as settlement system companies, banking service providers and credit card companies, etc and discuss partnerships that can contribute to the growth of various local payment markets.
• Identify suitable payment options & payment providers to enhance the new payment solutions and deliver the best payment experiences to merchants and consumers.
• Work with the team to get the in-depth understanding of the market, clarify business requirements and practice, provide constructive and insightful inputs for the development of new payment products and features that meet the specific needs for merchants.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional colleagues to determine key business terms and achieve company targets.
• Drive the development and implementation of acceptance and strategies that grow the penetration of electronic payments to drive and grow incremental processing volume on SHOPLINE’s payment solution business.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in payment, FinTech, or internet industries, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles with demonstrated success.
• Experience in 0-to-1 or large-scale business growth is highly preferred; deep understanding of the payment industry (especially cross-border payments) is a strong plus.
• Familiar with Payment and Banking business ecosystem, comprehensive understanding of Payment related mainstream products.
• Familiar with settlement business practices and related policies/regulations.
• Possess good understanding of payment business development practice.
• Strategic thinking, logical and well-organized, can work under pressure and dynamic environment .
• Able to Identify and source partnership opportunities and manage the relationship of payment partners.
• Previous payment experience in Payment Company and Card payment industry highly preferred.

Qualifications Preferred

• At least 10 years at a consulting or a technology organization for Senior Manager.
• Proven track record in delivering projects in the area of Automation & Analytics.
• Certifications in the one or more of the technology products - ServiceNow, OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Azure/AWS Cloud and ML Services, etc.
• Excellent communications & inter-personal skills with the passion to deliver quality work.
• Strong logical approach & problem-solving skills.
• Nice to have: Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
