• Lead and manage internal/ external stakeholders to ensure effective account management and operation efficiencies

• Highlight and share best practices within the team to ensure consistency and continuity in operational excellence approach

Customer Management

Key scope

• Lead cost planning, budgeting, tendering, procurement strategy, and contract governance
• Drive value engineering, design-to-budget control, and commercial risk mitigation from feasibility to final accounts
• Oversee post-contract administration including payments, variations, claims, EOT, LD, and dispute resolution
• Establish best practices in tender systems, benchmarking, document control, and audit compliance
• Partner closely with Development, Design, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams
• Lead and mentor QS / contracts teams while managing external consultants, contractors, and vendor performance

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or related field
• 15+ years in cost & contracts / commercial management, with proven developer-side Singapore project experience
• Strong leadership track record across large-scale residential and commercial developments
• Deep expertise in procurement strategy, claims, final accounts, and contract negotiation
• RICS / SISV or equivalent is advantageous
