Position overview

The System Engineer is responsible for end-to-end system-level quality, integrating cross-functional components, and ensuring efficient issue resolution and continuous system improvement. As the founding technical pillar of this 0-to-1 project, you will take complete ownership of the AMR mobile base system—from concept and prototype to large-scale commercial deployment. The incumbent is responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales support to customers on semiconductor testing; maintaining customer satisfaction so as to maintain or become the preferred tester platform.

Job responsibilities

• Project management, delivery and support of Test Program/Test Library creation, conversion or consultation as required by Customer
• Provide support and consultation for Hardware and Software solutions for Customer Projects and Production requirements

Scope

The primary task of the Senior Technical Engineer is to render product and application-relatedtechnical assistance and support to internal and external customers. • Ensure that QA/QC team meets external and internal audit requirements.

Requirements
