We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Network Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security and reliability of our network infrastructure. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support business operations, resolve technical issues and implement network improvements.

Responsibilities :

• Support the technical team and construction team for all design matters.
• Review all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
• Work closely with consultant on the scope of services, design and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability.
• Manage design approval process and coordination with the clients, consultants and subcontractors in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues.
• Ensure strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Ensure the distribution of all the approved and latest drawings and other relevant documents to the relevant parties
• Prepares shopdrawings with in-house BIM team and/or subcontractors and obtains approval in advance to site installation dates
• Raises queries to Client or handles Client's clarification on technical requirements pertaining to the Project works.
• Identifies and highlight to management and project team of any potential risks or issues that will impact project performance.
• Prepares and presents design progress status and slides to management, project team and Client as and when required.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines (i.e. Architectural, MEP, BIM, etc( on design to ensure delivery of high quality outcome.
• Support tender team and prepare technical tender documents as per specifications for bidding of civil and structural engineering projects as when assigned.
• Attends Progress Meetings, Technical Meetings, Coordination Meeting, Site Meetings, etc.

Requirements :

• PE Board Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of design management experience with at least 3 year of design experience in consultant firm.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills .
• Good organization and time management skills.

Our client is a reputable main contractor undertaking a new large-scale mixed development project in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to be involved from the design stage, working closely with consultants, clients, and authorities on technical coordination. • Overall in charge for all site coordination relating to mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) matters of the project.
• Overall responsible for all the MEP works installation and progress of work to meet contractual and specifications requirements.
• Leading in design coordination with consultants / client and authorities.
• Attend client, consultants and sub-con meetings.
• Review of shop drawings / materials / Method of Statements.
• To ensure drawing registry is maintained and latest drawings / BIM models are available for all parties involved (site staff, suppliers and subcontractors).
• To ensure transmittal forms / emails are issued for latest drawings / BIM models.
• Ensure that all the submittals are carried out timely and closely monitoring the progress and status.
• Resolve technical issues on drawings and liaise closely with all trades and authorities.
• Take lead in VDC for MEP related matters. Cross check BIM model with contract drawings and other disciplines, such as architectural, structural, etc.
• Review of contract documents and scope of works.
• Establish and implement quality control measures for MEP works after consulting with PM and Quality and Service Dept.
• To work with PM and Site Manager in planning and executing temporary works, in particular the temporary services.
• To ensure all MEP submissions (as-built, COS etc) are done for RI (M&E) and TOP. To ensure that the project is ready for the RI and TOP inspections.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor / management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering /Mechanical Engineering /Building Service.
• Candidate with proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit will have added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in coordination and supervision of MEP works in local building construction. Preferably in high rise building projects.
• Good knowledge of MEP specifications, code of practices, standards and BCA quality requirements.

7. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, such as VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, and Linux
8. Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, RHCE) are highly desirable
