We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support digital content operations and performance tracking. This role focuses on ensuring content accuracy, managing workflows, and generating insights to improve overall digital performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management & Operations:

• Manage daily website content updates, uploads, and maintenance, including listings, metadata, and digital records
• Process content update requests from internal teams and external stakeholders efficiently
• Coordinate content approval workflows in line with established standards and compliance requirements
• Perform thorough quality assurance checks before content goes live
• Monitor published content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance

Analytics & Reporting:

• Extract and compile performance data for regular reporting
• Support trend analysis to identify insights from datasets
• Assist in preparing reports on campaign performance and user engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support funnel and performance analysis

Requirements:

• Basic data analytics skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including handling CSV files
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools and systems
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve content and data issues
• Experience with web analytics tools and performance tracking
• Knowledge of data extraction and automated reporting processes
• Understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion metrics
• Familiarity with content management systems and website maintenance

Contract Duration: 12 months

Estimated Start Date: 1 June 2026

Estimated End Date: 31 May 2027

Salary: S$2,800 per month

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  
  About the Role
• We are seeking a Temporary Executive to support data management, engagement coordination, and administrative operations for a 12-month contract period.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Database Management

• Maintain and update youth leader profiles within centralised databases
• Track youth leaders’ engagements across multiple data collection platforms
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Engagement Coordination

• Manage and maintain the centralised calendar of youth engagements across agencies
• Coordinate invitations for youth leaders to relevant programmes and opportunities
• Work with programme owners to identify suitable youth participants
• Support scheduling and coordination of meetings and engagement sessions

Stakeholder & Programme Support

• Support communication between National Youth Council (NYC) and various government agencies
• Assist with onboarding processes for new youth leaders
• Provide general administrative and operational support for YLE programmes
• Prepare and disseminate programme updates where required
