Job Summary
ACN International is looking for a Program Coordinator Assistant to support the programme coordination team at our Tai Seng facility. This is a hands-on administrative and operational support role suited to a detail-focused individual who is keen to grow within a manufacturing programme environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Programme Executive and team to ensure smooth programme operations
- Maintain and update programme trackers, logs, and scheduling tools to monitor progress and deadlines
- Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and track follow-up actions to support team communication
- Assist in processing sample orders, filing documentation, and managing records to maintain accurate programme data
- Liaise with internal teams to collect status updates and escalate issues promptly for timely resolution
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as directed to support programme communication
- Support documentation and filing systems to maintain organised department workflows
- Perform general coordination tasks and provide ad hoc support to meet team needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent
- 0–2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or operations support; fresh graduates welcome
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in communication
- Able to manage task deadlines and prioritise effectively
Other Information
- Competitive base salary: SGD 2,500 – 3,200/month
