Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and provide timely order acknowledgements
- Update and maintain sales orders and job orders in the ERP/MRP system (SYSPRO)
- Monitor daily shipment schedules and ensure timely updates
- Handle order changes, RFQs, and follow up with relevant teams
- Maintain accurate data entry and customer documentation
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide regular updates on order status
- Coordinate with internal departments to support order fulfilment and resolve issues
- Prepare and submit reports (e.g. open order reports) on time
- Proactively highlight and escalate any issues or delays
- Support program team and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proactive, responsible, and a team player
