Position: Data Entry Coordinator (Operations)

Location: Singapore 

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining operational records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update information into databases and spreadsheets.

• Verify accuracy of data and correct errors when identified.

• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).

• Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.

• Provide administrative support to other departments when required.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and data management systems

About the role
This role sits within the legal function — contract drafting and review, compliance support across export control, data, and IP, and handling cross-border disputes — with a structured rotation across finance, HR, supply chain, and customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, including building and maintaining standard templates across business lines
• Supporting the company on legal disputes and litigation globally — commercial, IP, and beyond
• Providing legal and compliance guidance across areas including export control, tax, data, and IP
• Rotating across functions including finance, HR, supply chain, customer service, and admin — this is a trainee programme with real breadth

What we're looking for

• Law degree (Bachelor's or above) with a valid legal professional qualification certificate
• Strong written and analytical skills — you can break down complex risk clearly
• Principled, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
