* Improve IT Operation business process and documentations.
* Triage of issues, including logging, tracking, routing and
categorizing reported incidents and service requests.
* Support users and provide resolutions for L1 issues, including
common problem / issue in FAQ, inquiries and essential
troubleshooting tasks.
* Managing of the service desk common mailbox.
* Prepare monthly report and support User Access Matrix review.
* Communication of operation matters to stakeholders (e.g.
system downtime, new implementations
