Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data input for accounting records, invoices, receipts, and ledgers into company systems (e.g., Excel, accounting software).
• Verify and cross-check data for errors or discrepancies.
• Assist in filing and organizing accounting documents digitally and physically.

Requirements:

Summary of the Job

• To accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and records, while ensuring materials and transactions are correctly matched to the respective production orders, supporting data integrity and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Data Entry & Record Managemnt

• Enter data into systems (ERP, QC Apps)

• Perform data verification and cross- checking to minimise errors and discrepancies.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly QC data reports as required by the QC team.

2) Material & Production Order Verification

• Cross-check:
  - Production Order Number
  - Item/ Part Number
  - Quantity
  - Ensure no mismatch between materials and system records

3) Communicate with production, warehouse, and relevant departments to clarify missing or incorrect data

4) Generate daily handover report for QC to Warehouse and secondary process

5) Assist leader on job order closing, timesheet update using ERP

6) Other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Secondary/ NTC in Engineering and above

• At least 1 year experience in Data entry/ documentation control

• Knowledge of MS Office

• Ability to communicate orally in English language and produce written documentation with clearly organized thoughts

• Self-motivated, highly resourceful, and organized

Responsibilities:

• Perform onsite PC/laptop refresh, deployment, andreplacement activities across healthcare sites
• Support data backup, migration, and restoration for endusers
• Install, configure, and set up operating systems, software,and business applications
• Ensure all devices comply with IT standards, securitypolicies, and configuration guidelines
• Provide basic troubleshooting during migration andpost-deployment support

Job Purpose

To support the ISO Tank team by ensuring accurate and timely entry ofoperational, shipment, and customer data into internal systems. The role willassist with documentation, record maintenance, and administrative support tohelp ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update ISO Tank shipment, booking, customer, and operational data in internal systems
• Maintain accurate records of tank movements, booking details, schedules, and related documentation
• Verify data accuracy and completeness before submission or update
• Review shipping and operational documents and follow up on missing or incorrect information
• Support documentation processes related to ISO Tank operations
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files in accordance with company procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes of data
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Able to commit to a 6-month temporary contract
