Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support for HR projects and workforce-related initiatives.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of action items.
- Collate, track, and maintain documentation, including job descriptions and workforce-related information.
- Manage stakeholder enquiries and support project-related communications.
- Support recruitment administration, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and maintenance of recruitment trackers.
- Prepare reports, trackers, presentation materials, and other administrative documents as required.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc projects assigned by the team.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Prior relevant experience would be advantageous.
