Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates for niche and hard-to-fill roles
- Craft personalized outreach messages to engage and attract qualified talent
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline and conduct talent mapping to ensure continuous candidate flow
- Apply expert Boolean search queries and complex search strings to source candidates from internet and databases
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and role requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum degree in HR, Business, or a relevant field of study
- 2 to 4 years of experience sourcing candidates in the semicon/manufacturing sector
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing software
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
