Role Summary:

Senior HR/ Supervisor to lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions for our Singapore office. This role plays a critical part in ensuring HR operations, compliance, and office administration run efficiently while supporting business growth.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on HR support, supervise HR & Admin activities, and act as a key point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters.

Job Responsibility

HR Operations & Compliance

• Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and off-boarding.

• Ensure full compliance with Singapore labor laws and statutory requirements; stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to HR policies and practices.

• Review, update, and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, guidelines, and internal procedures.

• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records related to hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations.

Talent Acquisition & Employee Life-cycle

• Supervise and support talent acquisition activities including job description preparation, job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer administration.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide recruitment advice.

• Oversee new employee orientation, on-boarding programs, and coordinate training initiatives as required.

• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of attendance, leave, and bank details.

• Manage group insurance, employee benefits, and liaise with external vendors and service providers.

• Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and leave entitlements.

HR Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards, including headcount, recruitment metrics, turnover, and training statistics.

• Provide HR-related data and insights to management to support decision-making.

Office Administration & Facilities

• Supervise office administration functions including office supplies, pantry management, vendor coordination, repairs, and facilities maintenance.

• Monitor and manage office expenses and budgets; prepare regular administrative and cost reports.

• Coordinate staff travel arrangements and accommodations when required.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Organize and support employee engagement activities, staff events, and internal communications initiatives.

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters, handling concerns professionally and confidentially.

• Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee well-being initiatives.

Leadership & Supervision

• Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to junior HR/Admin staff where applicable.

• Continuously improve HR and administrative processes for efficiency and scalability.
  

Job Responsibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR & Administration experience

• Strong hands-on experience in payroll administration and HR operations.

• Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will lead a team of recruiters in Singapore, China, and Taiwan, supporting manufacturing plant hiring and corporate roles across India, Vietnam, Singapore, Turkey, the US, etc.

This role manages an international recruitment team and partners closely with corporate stakeholders to drive workforce planning, strengthen talent pipelines, and ensure compliant hiring practices across jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in manufacturing hiring environments and is comfortable operating in cross-border, fast-paced production settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and department heads to understand manpower planning.
• Provide hiring forecast visibility and risk assessment to leadership.
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters based in Singapore, China, and Taiwan.
• Standardize recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and reporting formats.
• Drive accountability on KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, agency usage, offer acceptance rate).
• Facilitate cross-country alignment on employer branding and hiring standards.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for plant and corporate roles.
• Support critical/leadership hiring directly when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience managing regional or cross-border recruitment.
• Knowledge of employment regulations; exposure to regional labor market preferred.
• Bilingual capability (English + Mandarin) preferred for regional coordination.

·      Manage the full employee lifecycle, including issuance of offer letter, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and offboarding processes.

·      Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection

·      Support payroll processing, leave administration, benefits management, and CPF submissions accurately and on time

·      Handle the end-to-end process of work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and amendments in accordance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements.

·      Manage the procurement and maintenance of security bonds associated with foreign worker employment

·      Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and staff welfare initiatives.

·      Oversee office supply procurement and inventory management, including coordination with the office cleaning staff to ensure adequate and timely replenishment of supplies.

·      Perform any other ad-hoc HR& Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior

·      Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/ Human Resource or equivalent

·      Minimum2–3 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

·      Solid knowledge of MOM regulations, Employment Act, and work pass frameworks in Singapore.

·      Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Job Description

1. Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings on MyCareersFuture (Fair Consideration Framework compliance), internship programes, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, organization chart updates, and HRIS maintenance.

• Liaise with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies to address hiring needs.

• Facilitate seamless pre- and post-onboarding and orientation programs.

• Manage offboarding processes, including exit clearances, return of company property, and final payment processing.

• Support business units in identifying and drafting detailed job descriptions.

• Handle work pass-related matters (application, renewal, appeal, cancellation, levy waivers).

2. HR Operations & Administration Support

• Monitor staff attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy.

• Assist in coordinating probation reviews, staff confirmations, and exit interviews.

• Prepare HR-related letters (confirmation, employment, resignation acceptance, and other correspondence).

• Support Group Insurance matters.

• Provide support on employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes, with clear and professional documentation.

• Serve as a confidential point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and professional support.

• Update HR policies, procedures, and documentation as required.

• Participate in HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Support performance appraisal exercises.

• Assist in maintaining the HCM team meeting calendar and HR administrative records.

• Liaise with external vendors, government bodies, and service providers as needed.

• Support expatriate relocation and assignment arrangements where applicable.

• Undertake additional ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

3. Training & Development

• Coordinate internal and external training programes, including logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.

• Track training participation, completion rates, learning outcomes, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Manage the in-house online learning platform, including user onboarding, account setup, user inquiries, annual renewals, and updating user standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and supporting documentation.

4. Compliance & Document Management

• Support HR compliance with Singapore's Employment Act, MOM regulations, and Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices etc.

• Ensure proper documentation and secure filing for all HR records.

• Support audit readiness for internal and external HR compliance reviews.

5. Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities to foster an inclusive workplace culture.

• Coordinate with relevant departments on employee communication and feedback mechanisms.
