HR Recruiter (Front - End Hiring)
Salary: $2800 - $3500
Working Hours: 5 Days | 9am – 6pm
Working Location: Ubi
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Attraction
- Source and attract candidates for Sales Interior Designer roles through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Actively leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and JobStreet
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent talent pipeline
Screening & Shortlisting
- Conduct resume screening and initial interviews
- Evaluate candidates on communication skills, sales mindset, and cultural fit
- Shortlist of suitable candidates for hiring managers
Candidate Management
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Follow up closely to maintain candidate engagement and reduce drop-offs
Employer Branding
- Promote company culture and career opportunities to candidates
- Craft engaging job postings to attract high-quality applicants
Recruitment Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress
- Track hiring pipeline and report weekly performance
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience
