Purpose
This role leads HR digital transformation initiatives, oversees HR systems (particularly Odoo HRMS), and drives data analytics, process optimisation, and talent acquisition strategies.
Nature & Scope
The role is responsible for driving technology adoption, improving HR processes through automation and data analytics, and ensuring the effective utilisation of HR systems. It also manages the Talent Acquisition function, including recruitment strategy, employer branding, and hiring processes to attract and secure quality talent. In addition, the role supports onboarding, employee engagement activities, and office administration when required.
Principal Accountabilities
HR Digital Transformation
Lead the implementation and optimisation of Odoo HRMS
Drive automation and digitalisation of HR processes
Act as the system owner for HR technology platforms
HR Processes & Workflow
Data Analytics & Reporting
Develop HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring metrics)
Provide insights to support strategic decision-making

Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
5–8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR technology and systems
Experience in HRMS implementation, preferably Odoo
Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities
