The Senior HR Executive (Workers) oversees end-to-end HR operations for construction workers, ensuring MOM compliance, effective workforce deployment, accurate payroll processing, and timely resolution of worker-related matters across sites and dormitories. Worker Recruitment & Deployment

• Support PDs and PMs on manpower planning and worker recruitment.
