Responsibilities:

Fullspectrum of managing foreign workers (including transfers, resignation,dormitories and other HR related matters)

· Recruitment of foreign workers andliaise with recruitment agencies.

· Involve in yearly appraisal exercise andthis includes preparing promotion & salary increment letters.

· Handle MOM Work Pass related mattersincluding Work Pass application, renewal, transfer and cancellation and updateof foreign workers’ particulars. This includes preparing renewal contract.

· Handle foreign workers externaltrainings, medical insurances & work injuries claim matters.

· Prepare monthly reports.

· Provide support on initiatives and in any project,implementation assigned by Head of Department.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department. Their role focuses on maintaining employee records, assisting with HR processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Here are the key roles and responsibilities:

1. Employee Records Management

• Maintain and update employee files (personal details, contracts, attendance, etc.)

• Ensure records are accurate, organized, and confidential

• Handle filing (physical and digital systems)

2. Recruitment Support

• Assist in posting job advertisements

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

• Prepare onboarding documents for new hires

3. Payroll and Benefits Assistance

• Collect and verify timesheets or attendance data

• Assist in payroll processing (data entry, updates)

• Maintain records of employee benefits, leave, and deductions

4. Administrative Support

• Prepare HR documents (letters, contracts, memos)

• Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls)

• Support HR meetings and take minutes when needed

5. Employee Relations Support

• Respond to basic employee inquiries (leave policies, benefits, procedures)

• Help resolve minor issues or direct employees to the right HR personnel

6. Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure HR records comply with company policies and labor laws

• Assist with audits and inspections

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

7. Data Entry and Reporting

• Input HR data into systems

• Generate basic reports
