Job Title: HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) (ID6104)
Salary: Up to $4,000
Working Days: Monday – Friday 9-6pm
Location: Tai Seng
Job Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
• Work closely with hiring managers and departments to understand manpower needs and hiring requirements
• Evaluate and optimise recruitment channels (cost, service quality, and effectiveness)
• Handle work pass applications and liaise with MOM on related matters
• Prepare Letters of Appointment (LOA) and maintain proper documentation for new hires
• Build and maintain relationships with schools for internship, traineeship, and scholarship programmes
• Analyse HR data, including recruitment metrics and salary benchmarking
• Support HR projects and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
