Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager, Regional Human Capital Management (HCM), plays a critical role in supporting and driving regional HR initiatives across Company Group subsidiaries in Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO). Requirement:

• At least a Degree in Human Resource, Business Admin or related

• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience

• At least 5 years of regional experience in APAC

• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts as this role supports APAC region which includes China & Taiwan

• Estimated 20% of business travelling is required
