Ishtara Jewellery Pte Ltd, Luvenus Jewellery Pte Ltd, and Luvenus Jewellery Hong Kong are established jewellery brands with operations in Singapore and Hong Kong. With a combined workforce of approximately 100 employees, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR & Administration Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and Corporate Administration functions across our Group.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits.
• Handle employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, disciplinary matters, and terminations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Address employee grievances and support a positive workplace culture.
• Support management on manpower planning and staffing requirements.

Payroll, Leave & Benefits Administration

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Administer CPF contributions, IR8A submissions, annual tax filings, leave records, attendance records, and employee benefits.
• Process employee medical claims, insurance claims, and staff welfare matters.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and payroll regulations.

Compliance & Employment Matters

• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, MOM requirements, and employment-related legislation.
• Stay updated on changes to labour laws and HR regulations.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related matters.
• Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, termination letters, HR notices, and other HR documentation.
• Liaise with government agencies, auditors, consultants, and external service providers where required.

HR Systems & Reporting

• Manage and maintain OpenSoft and Info-Tech HR Software.
• Ensure proper administration of payroll, leave, attendance, and employee records within the HR systems.
• Prepare HR reports relating to manpower, payroll, attendance, leave, recruitment, and staff turnover.
• Recommend improvements to HR processes and systems.

Hong Kong HR Administration

No prior Hong Kong HR experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided.

• Support basic HR administration matters relating to Luvenus Jewellery Hong Kong.
• Coordinate employee records, payroll information, leave administration, and HR documentation.
• Liaise with external service providers and consultants in Hong Kong when required.

Corporate Administration

• Oversee day-to-day office administration and corporate support functions.
• Manage office facilities, office supplies, company assets, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate insurance renewals, licences, permits, and corporate records.
• Maintain contracts, company documents, and administrative records.
• Support Directors and Management with administrative projects and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, MOM requirements, and payroll administration.
• Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR compliance independently.
• Proficient in OpenSoft and Info-Tech HR Software.
• Experience handling medical claims and employee benefits administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities across three related companies.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only.

Responsibilities

HR & Administration Executive / Manager

(Financial Services)

We are partnering with an established financial institution to hire a HR & Administration professional to support day-to-day HR operations and senior management coordination. This role sits within the HR function and involves close interaction with senior stakeholders, combining hands-on HR responsibilities with administrative and coordination duties.

Key responsibilities include:

HR Operations

• Assist in the delivery of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g., hiring, onboarding, performance cycles, staff movements, and offboarding)
• Support payroll-related processes, compensation reviews, and staff welfare initiatives
• Handle HR documentation, reporting, and internal record-keeping
• Assist with work pass matters and related regulatory requirements
• Support implementation of HR policies and internal guidelines

Administration & Management Support

Job Title: Human Resources and Administration AM/Manager

Role Summary

To be responsible for the human resources and administration activities related to Simpson Spence Young LLP’s staff in the Singapore office, which currently comprises over 120 people.

Key Responsibilities

Salary: Basic up $5,800 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Execute HR functions : recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, manpower planning and budgeting, employee relations and other HR related matters.

• Administer compensation & benefits matters such as salary benchmarking exercise, annual performance management exercise, annual salary and position review, bonus and annual wage supplement, salary proposals, group insurance policies and flexi benefits.

• Engage actively in HRA projects, initiatives and events, employee engagement activities, survey analysis, etc.

• Review, develop, implement HR policies, Employee Handbook, best practices and programs in accordance with prevailing Singapore statutory requirements and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource or related field.

• 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles within Singapore.

• Preferably with experience in Times Pro.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• A strong team player with a pro-active and positive attitude.

• Strong knowledge of employment law and practices in Singapore.
