The Senior HR Executive (Workers) oversees end-to-end HR operations for construction workers, ensuring MOM compliance, effective workforce deployment, accurate payroll processing, and timely resolution of worker-related matters across sites and dormitories. The role also provides operational leadership and coordination across supervisors, PMs, dormitory operators, and internal stakeholders.

Worker Recruitment & Deployment

• Support PDs and PMs on manpower planning and worker recruitment.

Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will manage the full spectrum of human resources functions for both construction site manpower and office staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling recruitment activities for both construction site staff and office personnel (administration, project management, accounts, etc.), including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Liaising with recruitment agencies and foreign manpower suppliers for skilled/unskilled workers.
• Support onboarding and offboarding process.
