Job Summary
You will join a global team managing high-volume HR processes using Workday, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of HR data. Manage employee lifecycle event requests via ServiceNow, support employees with ad-hoc system troubleshooting, and contribute to process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume HR processes using Workday to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant global HR data and workflows
- Process employee lifecycle event requests from management and HR partners through ServiceNow to support timely HR operations
- Identify and resolve ad-hoc system issues to maintain smooth HR system functionality and provide appropriate guidance to users
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational effectiveness and service quality
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English with stakeholders to facilitate HR operations and support
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma with 5 years or degree with 1 year of experience in HR Operations
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Entry-level degree holders with relevant internship experience in HR Operations welcome to apply too.

- 1-year contract with completion bonus
