Duration: 3 months/6 months contract
Work hours: Monday – Friday, office hours
Job Scope
• Candidate sourcing – attracting, headhunting, and screening potential candidates.
• Recruitment process – coordinating interviews, giving feedback, and ensuring smooth placements.
• Negotiation & advisory – managing offers, salary discussions, and providing market insights.
Requirements
• Minimum degree in Business Management / Human Resource Management or in any relevant discipline
