Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Key Requirements

Responsibilities

• Design and implement competency frameworks from the ground up to align with organizational goals
• Assign training course for identified competency

What you'll be doing

Admin (70%)

1. Provide administrative support, such as managing office supplies (HQ and multiple site offices), coordinating meetings, and handling general enquiries
2. Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
3. Manage inventory and replenish.
4. Liaison with aircon service contractors for air con servicing scheduling.
5. manage company vehicle (Lorry) - Road tax renewal, insurance renewal , vehicle servicing and repair arrangement.
6. manage all the leasing contract renewal ( water dispenser, copier machine, office leasing and etc)
7. Job space planning and help up on the office renovation & facilities management work. .
