You’ll get to:

• Use internal databases and external channels to support talent selection and identification within the specialised function or industry.

skills and experience

• Degreee in engineering / supply chain / business or equivalent
• Experience 360 recruiter will be consider for senior role
• Training given to candidate with no experience
• Sales personnel who is keen to do recruitment sales in supply chain / facilities / construction space
• Exceptional at creating opportunities and influencing outcomes
• Commercially- and digitally-savvy
• Motivated and driven to produce consistent performance

Location: North
Salary: $3,500 - $5,500 + AWS + VB
Working hours: 830am 530pm (Mondayto Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, letter preparation, insurance, training coordination, government-paid leave and NS claims.
• Responsible full recruitment cycle.
• Handle end-to-end work pass matters (WP/EP/SP/DP), including application, renewal, issuance, and cancellation.
• Other ad hoc role as per required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
• At least 3 years of HR generalist experience with a strong operational focus
• Prior experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry, with exposure to blue-collar workforce management, will be highly preferred
• Well-versed in Singapore employment laws and HR practices
