Job Responsibilities*

Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

1.       Supervise and participate laboratory specimens through main Pneumatic Tube delivery system and over the counter and reject those that are unsuitable for analysis.

2.       Operate the Laboratory Information System to perform functions such as order entry (only if required), sample receipt, result query and result entry.

3.       Sort and arrange specimens in collection bins for different sections and dispatch samples to the correct benches. Perform simple processing and sorting.

4.       Manage specimen movement for inhouse and send out test. To ensure specimens are packed according to test catalogue for send-out test.

You will support innovative population health projects and capitation initiatives that improve patient care delivery throughout Singapore by enhancing coordination and collaboration across our extensive network ofhospitals and healthcare institutions.

We are seeking an Associate Executive to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our RHS team. You will serve as a key coordinator, managing stakeholder relationships, facilitating meetings, organising events, and maintaining critical databases that support our regional health initiatives.

WhatYou Will Do:

You will provide essential administrative support that keeps our RHS operations running smoothly, including monitoring inventory levels for stationeries and outreach materials, processing invoices and claims, and handling general office administration tasks. Your role involves comprehensive meeting support whereyou will maintain departmental meeting schedules, coordinate sessions among different RHS workgroups, ensure venues and equipment are available, distribute and file meeting minutes, support preparation of presentation materials, and assist with meeting notes to facilitate action tracking. You will also manage logistical and administrative support for events by planning logistics, supporting actual event execution, setting up registration processes, arranging refreshments, and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth event delivery.

Additionally, you will handle database management responsibilities including collecting and inputting data from various sources into designated systems, coordinating with stakeholders to obtain required data inputs, and updating existing records with new information as it becomes available within agreed timeframes whilst maintaining compliance with data governance standards. You will also participate and support improvementand innovation efforts in alignment to Divisional and Institutional goals as well as perform other adhoc duties as assigned.
