Operations Manager

We are an established two-location dental practice seeking a confident and emotionally steady Senior Clinic Manager to lead our team of approximately 25-30 staff across clinical, nursing, customer service and administrative functions.

This is a leadership position reporting directly to the Managing Director, responsible for people leadership, roster governance, operational excellence and change management during a major transformation year.

Key Responsibilities

People & Leadership

• Lead and supervise clinical and front desk operations
• Coach team leaders and ensure good coordination between clinical and front office teams
• Manage onboarding, training, performance appraisal and disciplinary processes
• Maintain professional, respectful and high-performing workplace culture

Roster Governance

• Generate and manage weekly master roster across two clinics (6-chair and 3-chair)
• Ensure fair allocation of shifts, evenings and Saturdays

Operations & Compliance

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Streamline counter and clinical workflows and SOPs to maintain high service standards and improve daily operational efficiency.
• Lead dental assistant training and performance reviews to ensure all clinical staff meet high technical and safety standards.
• Maintain professional, legal and regulatory compliance (MOH and statutory requirements)
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, infection control and workplace safety
• Ensure that all equipment are in good working condition
• Ensure that the facilities, furniture and fittings are in good condition
• Manage end-to-end technical operations, including hardware troubleshooting, electrical outage response protocols, and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all clinic devices and appliances.
• Oversee inventory and purchasing processes
• Procurement of dental equipment

Change & Project Management

• Lead automation initiatives
• Lead SOP improvements and workflow redesign
• Coordinate operational continuity during renovation
• Business expansion

Required competencies and certifications

• Past clinical work experience in dentistry is a requirement
• Minimum 2 years managing teams of more than 20 people is essential

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience as a medical nurse in a clinical setting may be considered
• Polytechnic Diploma or Degree (Healthcare / Business / Hospitality preferred)
• Proven experience handling complex rostering
• Strong conflict resolution and emotional regulation skills
• Decisive yet respectful leadership style
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Fluency in local mother tongue is preferred
• Must work at least one evening and all Saturdays

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Handle shipping duties and documentation for shipments to various countries
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, and other shipment documents
• Apply for FTA certificates, health certificates, and other required forms

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant shipping/logistics experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application 
• Knowledge of shipping documents and FTA certificate applications

Position Title: Operations Associate (Cold Room Environment)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in a cold room (winter wear provided)

Position Overview:
This role supports the labeling and secondary packaging operations for pharmaceutical products in clinical trials. The Operations Associate is expected to perform tasks in accordance with GMP standards and company policies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cleanliness in a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform label printing, label inspection, over-labeling, and secondary packaging activities with high accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and perform housekeeping tasks as directed by supervisors
• Operate in compliance with site SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety protocols at all times
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly
• Support additional tasks assigned by the supervisor when required (training will be provided for cross-functional duties)

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of eyelash extension services, body slimming treatments and beauty industry practices.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and customer acquisition.
• Experience in beauty consultation, treatment package sales and customer relationship management.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
