Requirements:

• Min Advanced Certification in WSH (Level B) or equivalent.
• Possess Bizsafe Level 2 - Develop A Risk Management Implementation Plan Certificate and Manage Work At Height Certificate will be an advantage
• Knowledge on IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

Job Scope:

• Assist the WSH Manager in ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies on-site

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe work practices or conditions

• Ensure all workers and subcontractors comply with safety rules and safe work procedures

• Assist in implementing Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) measures for construction and A&A projects

• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings for site personnel

JOB SUMMARY

The Dental Laboratory Administrative Coordinator is a critical role responsible for the seamless integration of clinical orders into the laboratory production workflow. This position acts as the central hub for communication between dental clinics and technical staff, ensuring all patient cases are registered, tracked, and delivered with the highest level of accuracy while maintaining the laboratory’s essential material supply chain through proactive inventory management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Case Management & Registration: Receive and log incoming physical impressions and digital scans (3Shape, Medit, iTero) into the lab management system with high attention to detail.

• Clinical Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for dental surgeons; clarify prescription instructions, manage shade requests, and provide real-time status updates to clinics.

• Stock Level Monitoring: Conduct regular audits of physical stock for essential materials, including zirconia blocks, milling burs, 3D printing resins, and finishing porcelains.

• Procurement & Ordering: Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure zero downtime in production. Track lead times and ensure the lab maintains a buffer of "Default Material" selections.

• Logistics Coordination: Manage the daily production calendar to meet "Due-Out" dates; coordinate local courier pickups and deliveries for clinical accounts.

• Financial Administration: Process daily invoicing, manage monthly billing statements, and assist in monitoring accounts receivable.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: Previous experience in a dental laboratory or clinical setting is highly preferred.

• Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential for inventory tracking), Familiarity with dental CAD/CAM file management is an advantage.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written professional communication for client-facing correspondence.

• Detail Orientation: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and physical inventory counting; ability to spot technical discrepancies in prescriptions.

Performance Metric: The successful candidate will be evaluated on the accuracy of case registration, client satisfaction ratings, and the elimination of production delays caused by material stock-outs.

Dental clinic looking for an organized, motivated individual to serve as a treatment coordinator. Responsibilities include scheduling patient treatments, organizing patient surgeries and associated third party services, drafting and presenting patient treatment plans, assisting patients with financial agreements, payments and insurance claims and generally assisting patients with their dental treatment and issues. Front desk work is also part of the position.

RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES

The Workplace Safety & Health Co-ordinator (WSHC) is the sole appointed WSHC for the Company and shall be responsible for coordinating, governing, and overseeing all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) matters across the organisation. The role works closely with site Safety Supervisors to ensure consistent implementation of WSH standards.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

A. WSH Governance & Coordination

1. Assist the Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO), where applicable, in all safety and health-related matters.
2. Function in a similar capacity as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer in smaller workplaces or operations where a WSHO is not required to be appointed.
3. Serve as the Company’s central point of contact for all WSH matters, ensuring compliance with applicable Workplace Safety and Health Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice, and company standards.
4. Coordinate, guide, and provide technical support to site Safety Supervisors, ensuring consistent application of safety requirements across all sites.
5. Monitor and review the effectiveness of site-level safety supervision and recommend improvements where necessary.

B. Incident Management & Investigation

1. Lead or participate in investigations of fatal accidents, dangerous occurrences, occupational diseases, and other reportable incidents.
2. Review, endorse, and consolidate accident / incident investigation reports prepared by site Safety Supervisors, including corrective and preventive actions.

C. Committee, Audit & Compliance

1. Act as Assistant Secretary to the Workplace Safety and Health Committee, including coordination of meetings, preparation of agenda, minutes, and tracking of follow‑up actions.
2. Support and participate in ISO / IMS audits, inspections, and internal compliance assessments related to WSH.
3. Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external parties on WSH matters when required.

D. Risk Management & Safe Work Systems

1. Advise and assist operational teams and Safety Supervisors in:

• Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• Job Instruction Training (JIT)
• Safe Work Procedures (SWP)
• Method Statements
• Risk Assessments and risk control measures

1. Inspect and assess work areas as a Safety Assessor to ensure compliance with safety requirements prior to issuance of Permit-to-Work (PTW).
2. Provide technical oversight to site Safety Supervisors on PTW systems and high‑risk activities.

E. Workplace & Environmental Safety

1. Conduct or coordinate environmental monitoring of workplaces, including noise, dust, lighting, heat stress, and other relevant factors.
2. Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and multiple site visits, including inspections of workers’ dormitories, when and as necessary.

F. Training, Promotion & Contractor Safety

1. Plan, coordinate, and conduct regular in-house WSH training, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings for employees and supervisors.
2. Promote a positive Workplace Safety and Health culture through campaigns, engagement activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Assist in overseeing external vendors and contractors, particularly for building maintenance and related works, to ensure compliance with WSH requirements.

G. Regional & Cross-Border Collaboration

1. Work closely with the WSH teams in the Malaysia plants to align company WSH standards, practices, and reporting.

1. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time in relation to Workplace Safety and Health.

RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in Workplace Safety and Health-related roles.
2. Trained in Building Construction Safety Co-ordinator Course or equivalent recognised WSH qualification.

Social Work Coordinators are integral in providing financial assistance and discharge planning support to patients. They also supporting Medical Social Workers in casework and assist in ensuring the administrative and operational running of the Department.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide support on the administrative and operational running of the department, including managing the counter and  related duties

- Direct work with patients and families including intake interviews, conducting financial assessment and providing necessary assistance and assisting with referrals to facilitate discharge planning in selective areas of care planning

- Support Medical Social Workers in case management through translation assistance and is providing patient escort and home visit support

- Participate in work process improvements and quality improvement projects

- Work with other departments within the hospital and with external organizations to facilitate patient care and experience

- Supporting the department in programmes and projects

Qualifications and Requirements

The role reports to a Medical Social Worker and will be working with the Team Leader for the Social Work Coordinators

A minimum qualification of a Diploma is required. A Diploma in Social Work or related fields will be preferred.

Good interpersonal and problem solving skills are necessary. 

IT knowledge and skills are necessary for the job.
