Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily health claims assessment day & operational duties within the team, ensuring valid claims are assessed according to Policy’s terms & benefits and within the claim authority limit.
• To provide accurate and timely assessment of health claims within required service standards.
• Ensure claims are settled within the agreed turnaround time.
• Ensure that pending claims are followed up and managed on a timely basis.
• Ensure that complaints are managed effectively and on a timely basis.
• Provide or support training on claims.
• Provide support, face-to-face meeting and resolve customers and intermediaries’ complaints.
• Provide claims statistics and reporting.
• Comply with regulatory and risk management controls, corporate policies, procedure and claims guidelines.

Your role as Behavioural Analyst/Therapist:

Requirements:

Penn Pacific Dental Center is a private dental clinic located at SBF Center, a short walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT.

We are looking for a reliable, positive, and hands-on Part-Time Dental Surgery Assistant / Clinic Assistant to support our clinic team.

This is a part-time / flexible position, suitable for applicants who are available for selected weekday sessions and/or Saturdays.

The role involves chairside assistance, instrument sterilisation, infection control, clinic setup, room turnover, stock management, and general support of day-to-day clinic operations. Front desk support may also be required from time to time.

Dental clinic experience is preferred but not mandatory. Applicants with clinic, healthcare, customer service, hospitality, or related experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

4. Inventory, Facility & POS Management

• Manage inventory and stock levels for treatment products, consumables, and equipment.
• Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of POS (Point-of-Sale) systems at all outlets, ensuring accurate transaction processing and daily sales reconciliation.
• Coordinate equipment servicing, repairs, and maintenance of terminals
• Assure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

5. Sales & Performance Monitoring

• Draft and implement monthly sales targets for consultants in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Motivate and guide staff to achieve sales targets through upselling and service excellence.
• Implement new service protocols and promotional activities as directed by management.

6. Reporting & Communication
