We need a Procurement Coordinator who owns the full materials ordering process — from written request to delivery confirmation — so that nothing arrives late, nothing is ordered twice, and every purchase has a paper trail.

What you will own:
Receiving written material requests from one approved requester per site. Checking specifications against drawings or QS confirmation. Obtaining minimum two price comparisons for every order. Recording supplier, unit price, quantity, lead time, GST, delivery date, and payment terms for every purchase. Tracking delivery against order. Flagging discrepancies or delays before they hit site. What you must bring:
Minimum 2–3 years procurement or purchasing experience in Singapore construction. Organised, systematic, and process-driven. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Logistics Executive (Inventory) is responsible for Inventory Management, including the movement of inventory from Inbound, Storage and Outbound. To ensure that established Inventory Management processes are followed both in the ERP/WMS systems and physical process. Job Description

Inventory Management:

• Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with local customs regulations and international trade laws.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management (preferred)

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation and data entry

• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools

• Experience in automotive, EV, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
