TCA Design & Build runs multiple high-end landed residential sites simultaneously. We need a Procurement Coordinator who owns the full materials ordering process — from written request to delivery confirmation — so that nothing arrives late, nothing is ordered twice, and every purchase has a paper trail.

What you will own:
Receiving written material requests from one approved requester per site. Checking specifications against drawings or QS confirmation. Obtaining minimum two price comparisons for every order. Recording supplier, unit price, quantity, lead time, GST, delivery date, and payment terms for every purchase. Tracking delivery against order. Flagging discrepancies or delays before they hit site. Monthly procurement summary to QS and Director.

What you must bring:
Minimum 2–3 years procurement or purchasing experience in Singapore construction. Organised, systematic, and process-driven. Familiar with construction materials — RC, architectural finishes, M&E components. Comfortable dealing with suppliers and negotiating prices. Fluent written English for purchase orders and supplier communication.

You will not be a fit if:
You order based on verbal requests. You do not track deliveries. You have no experience in construction materials procurement.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Projects & Procurement Lead to drive end-to-end strategic planning, procurement, and execution of key logistics initiatives across SPX Express.

This role sits at the intersection of network planning, procurement, and operational strategy, responsible for ensuring SPX scales efficiently through robust capacity planning, strong vendor ecosystems, and data-driven decision-making.

You will lead strategic initiatives across network expansion, new logistics products, cost optimisation, and operational transformation, working closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Product, and Regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic SPX projects

• Drive initiatives such as new service rollouts, operational improvements, and strategic growth initiatives

Job Requirements 

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, project management, procurement, operations, consulting, or supply chain-related roles

• Strong experience in logistics, e-commerce, transportation, or high-growth technology environments

Job Purpose:

Responsible for assigned procurement and asset management operations, supplier coordination, quotation comparison, ERP transaction processing, documentation control, operational follow-up and procurement reporting to ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective support to company operations and project/site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Processing & ERP Transaction Handling

Responsible for processing Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Verification Note (GVN), loan note, return note and related ERP transaction updates accurately and timely with complete supporting information and documentation.

2. Quotation Comparison & Procurement Analysis

Responsible for sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, performing quotation comparison, evaluating pricing, delivery lead time, payment terms, product specifications and suitability before order confirmation. Required to highlight abnormal pricing, missing information, operational risks or better alternatives proactively to superior for review.

3. Supplier Coordination & Follow-Up

Responsible for coordinating and following up closely with suppliers on quotation status, order confirmation, delivery arrangement, partial delivery, urgent requests, outstanding items and issue resolution to support smooth operational workflow.

4. Store Coordination

Responsible for coordinating with store teams to monitor stock requirements, replenishment needs, asset movement and operational usage trends to ensure timely procurement and logistic closely work operational support.

5. Asset / Machinery / Equipment Coordination

Responsible for coordinating internal or external rental machinery, tools, equipment and company asset movement for project/site, Building/ Dorm operational requirements, including proper documentation, loan/return control, asset tracking and follow-up.

6. Delivery Coordination & Operational Support

Responsible for coordinating with logistics, suppliers, site personnel and internal departments to ensure materials, tools, machinery and equipment are delivered accurately and on time according to operational requirements.

7. Documentation Control, Record Keeping & E-Filing

Responsible for maintaining proper procurement and asset management records including quotation comparison records, PO, DO, GVN, vendor evaluation, rental records, asset movement records and supporting documents in accordance with ERP requirements, SOP, ISO documentation standards and company governance requirements.

8. Procurement Reporting & Issue Escalation

Responsible for providing timely procurement and operational updates/reporting to Procurement & Asset Management HOD and upper level superior regarding outstanding PO, delayed deliveries, supplier issues, urgent operational matters, quotation comparison status and procurement-related concerns. Required to escalate issues early together with proposed solutions where applicable.

9. Vendor Evaluation & Supplier Performance Monitoring

Responsible for supporting vendor evaluation, supplier performance monitoring and documentation of supplier-related issues including delivery delay, incorrect items, quality concerns or repeated non-compliance matters.

10. Internal  & External Audit +  Process Control Support

Responsible for supporting internal & external audit, ISO process control review and governance improvement initiatives by ensuring procurement and asset management transactions and records remain complete, traceable and properly maintained.

11. Tender / Sample / Supporting Documentation Support

Responsible for coordinating sample submissions, catalogues, technical specifications and procurement-related supporting documents for tender or project operational requirements when required.

12. Teamwork, Communication & Professionalism

Required to maintain good teamwork, responsiveness, communication professionalism and coordination with procurement team, Procurement & Asset Management HOD, upper level superior, store, logistics, finance, site operation and other departments to ensure efficient operational support.

About the role

The Procurement & Logistics Associate supports the day-to-day procurement and logistics operations of the Company, with a primary focus on logistics coordination. The Junior Client Relationship Manager - Asset & Wealth Management Services (AWMS) supports the management and development of client relationships with Family Offices, Fund Managers, and Asset Owners. Working closely with internal specialist teams, the role is responsible for ensuring high-quality client engagement, seamless coordination of services, and consistent relationship coverage across the AWMS platform. 

This role is client facing and relationship driven, balancing responsiveness, commercial awareness, and service coordination to support long-term client satisfaction and retention. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Client Relationship Management 

• Act as a relationship support point for a portfolio of Family Offices, Fund Managers, and Asset Owners. 

• Build and maintain trusted working relationships through regular client engagement, follow-ups, and proactive communication. 

• Support the planning and execution of structured client touchpoints, including quarterly relationship reviews for established clients and more frequent interactions for priority or growth accounts, as required. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, preferences, and service requirements. 

2. Client Servicing, Coordination & Regulatory Oversight 

• Serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day client queries, ensuring timely responses and effective follow-through. 

• Coordinate across internal teams to support the delivery of AWMS offerings, including fund administration & fund accounting, regulatory & compliance services (e.g. ongoing compliance obligations, filings, governance support), corporate secretarial services, tax advisory, tax structuring, and ongoing tax compliance. 

• Track client requests and regulatory deliverables through to completion, ensuring timelines, documentation, and approvals are appropriately managed.  

• Escalate service, regulatory, or compliance issues to senior team members where required to maintain quality, accuracy, and risk control. 

3. Regulatory, Compliance & Tax Advisory Relationship Support 

• Support relationship coverage for clients with regulatory and compliance requirements, tax advisory and structuring needs, particularly in fund manager and family office contexts. 

• Coordinate between clients and internal compliance, risk and regulatory as well as tax specialists to ensure clear communication of requirements and timelines and smooth progression of deliverables. 

• Develop a strong understanding of how relevant regulatory frameworks and/or tax considerations applicable to client operating and investment structures. 

4. Client Experience & Relationship Outcomes 

• Contribute to positive client experiences through responsiveness, consistency, and attention to detail. 

• Support relationship continuity by identifying potential issues early and addressing them constructively. 

• Assist in periodic reviews and feedback exercises, helping to identify areas for improvement and strengthen client confidence. 

• Play an active role in maintaining stable, long-term client relationships through dependable day-to-day engagement. 

5. Business Support & Growth Exposure 

• Support Senior Business Development Managers in identifying opportunities for deepening existing client relationships and introducing additional AWMS and other service offerings where relevant. 

• Assist with preparation for client pitches, proposals, and presentations. 

• Participate in client events, meetings, and industry engagements alongside senior team members. 

6. Reporting, Billing & Accountability 

• Assist with monitoring billing, fee arrangements, and recovery matters for assigned clients. 

• Ensure client information and engagement records support accurate reporting and relationship oversight. 

• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities with a proactive and accountable approach. 

7. Risk & Professional Standards 

• Uphold the firm’s risk, compliance, and quality standards in all client interactions. 

• Identify and escalate potential risks, sensitivities, or red flags in a timely manner. 

• Ensure communications and documentation are accurate, professional, and aligned with internal policies. 

Requirements 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Tax, or a related discipline. 

• At least 2-3 years of experience in client relationship management, asset management, fund services, tax, or professional services. 

• Prior exposure to Family Offices, Fund Managers, Asset Owners, or financial services clients is advantageous.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion / EBS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and Procurement modules. The ideal candidate will have a blend of functional and technical knowledge, along with hands-on support experience in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS, specifically in Finance and procurement functional modules (SaaS – Fusion preferred).

·       Cross-functional understanding of Oracle modules such as Finance, Procurement, HR, and related are as.
