The Raffles Service Agent / Executive delivers friendly and professional service that meets guest’s reservation experience expectations prior to their arrival.

Primary Responsibilities

Delivers Friendly and Professional Service

• Ensures smooth operation of Raffles Service department by attending to incoming calls, fax and emails that are pertaining to room reservation.
• Obtains all the necessary information to complete a room reservation in the Opera system, i.e. stay dates, flight details, rates, special requests and reservation notes.
• Completes the reservation process by combining all reservation details (including any Food and Beverage or Spa arrangements) and sending a confirmation to the guest.

Focuses on Guest Experience

• Supports guest’s decision to proceed with the reservation by providing accurate information on the price, room type, availability and the amenities.
• Is well versed with the preference of the regular guests and provide them with the consistent service anticipating their needs in advance.

Involvement in Wider Job Function Actions/Relationships

• Supports the Raffles Service colleagues to achieve upsell goals in various revenue streams.
• Coordinates with other departments (Front Office, Concierge, Food and Beverage, Raffles Spa, Housekeeping and Butler) on the guest’s needs and requirements.
• Works closely with Revenue department to be aware of the occupancy of the hotel (i.e. sold out dates, blackout dates and the need periods).
• Advises Raffles Service Manager of any deviations in rate applications or reservations arrangement.
• Maintains an accurate and updated filing system of all correspondence.
• Is familiar with hotel’s credit policies and handles billing instructions correctly.
• Performs clerical and administrative duties.
• Adheres to Raffles Hotel Singapore and Room Reservations department standard operating procedures, guidelines and grooming standards.
• Supports hotel's CSR and sustainability efforts.
• Ensures service standards and individual performance are aligned with Accor Hotels Values.
• Performs any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum tertiary education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of and experience of relevant software applications – spreadsheets, word processing and database management.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
• Required to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shift.

● As an inbound reservations agent, you will handle travel reservations and inquiries with suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, meal vendors, and other service partners in Singapore and other countries, where required.

● Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure accurate bookings and smooth travel arrangements.

● You will also respond to and manage incoming emails, live chats, and phone calls regarding accommodation inquiries for inbound travels

● Enter new reservations, changes, and cancellations into various software systems.

● File guest correspondence and other reservation documentation.

● Stay updated on room rates, special offers, and promotions.

● Ensure reservations are processed efficiently and accurately.

● Process payments and send confirmation details to customers.

● Sort out issues related to bookings or reservations.

● Follow up with guests for additional required information for visa requirements or updated passports.

● Act as a liaison between the company and guests to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Provide support to customers who need to amend or cancel reservations.

● Ensure client and guest profiles are properly created, maintained, and updated.

● Monitor room sales and apply selling strategies to increase revenues.

● Maintain a high level of product knowledge to explain services and facilities to clients.

● Work with the Manager to arrange pre-payment to hotels and suppliers.

Travel Host Duties: 30-50% of the time

● Meet and greet guests at the ferry terminal upon arrival.

● Assist in the advance collection of boarding passes and luggage check-in.

● Assist with customs and immigration clearance.

● Accompany guests onboard the ferry to Batam and hand them over to the team in Batam.

● Engage with guests, answer questions, and explain the next steps in the journey.

● Troubleshoot problems that may arise and remain calm and positive.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Immigration Documentation & Application Consultant to support the preparation and submission of immigration applications, including Permanent Residency (PR) and Citizenship cases.

This role focuses on documentation management, professional English writing, and ensuring a smooth and compliant application process for clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Documentation Management

• Prepare and organize documentation for immigration applications, including PR and Citizenship cases
