Responsibilities

User and Citizen Insights

• Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research to uncover Citizen/Business/Public Officer needs, behaviours, motivations, and pain points
• Be adept in generative and evaluative research to understand problem spaces and identify the right problem to tackle
• Develop and execute comprehensive research plans, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing

Data Analysis and Communication

User-Centric Ideation and Problem-Solving

• Create customer journey maps and other artefacts to communicate research findings

Performance Measurement and Improvement

Methodological Expertise

• Keep abreast of the latest research methodologies, tools, and industry trends in UX research and service design
• Ensure methodological rigour in all research and service design activities

GIS / Spatial Skillsets

• Conduct user research with government data users to understand GIS workflows, needs, and pain points related to maps, dashboards, and data discovery

As a Design & Build firm, we are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer who can bridge the gap between creative vision and on-site execution. This role is pivotal in ensuring our residential projects are not only architectura ly stunning but also technica ly sound, compliant, and efficiently built.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Pre-Construction

• Project Initiation: Take the "brief" to identify clients’ needs and develop feasibility reports and design proposals.
• Sustainable Design: Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, the building’s usage, and environmental impact.
• Technical Drafting: Independently prepare plans and specifications for the construction and/or alteration of residential buildings.
• Blueprint Management: Produce detailed blueprints and implement any necessary technical corrections.
• Specification Authoring: Compile comprehensive project specifications to guide the procurement and construction phases.
  

2. Construction & Builder Oversight

• Quality Control: Oversee the project from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design.

• Technical Skills:

1. Design Software: High proficiency in ArchiCAD, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Revit.
2. Visualization: Experience with Rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape) and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Soft Skills: A strong sense of design and a proven ability to work wel in a team environment.
   

Remuneration & Benefits
