Key Responsibilities

1. Space Planning & Layout Development

• Develop and review space planning layouts
• Conduct test fits and propose design options
• Ensure user requirements are reflected in architectural drawings
• Coordinate furniture, fittings, and equipment (FFE) requirements

2. User Engagement & Requirements Gathering

• Facilitate and attend planning meetings with stakeholders
• Capture and translate user requirements into structured outputs
• Prepare meeting minutes, track decisions, and follow up on action items
• Identify and flag design gaps or conflicts early

3. Documentation & Presentation

• Prepare presentation slides for stakeholders and management
• Produce clear reports, summaries, and planning documents

4. Design Coordination & Compliance

• Review drawings for compliance with regulations and standards
• Liaise with consultants on design clarifications
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or related built environment discipline

Job Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Strong knowledge of product development practices, with demonstrated use of data and metrics to drive prioritization and decisions.

• Understanding of systems development methodologies and experience coordinating across business partners, technology, SMEs, UX/UI, QA, and UAT through end-to-end delivery.

• Must have hands-on familiarity with AI-enabled tools/automation (including copilots) and the ability to apply them to operational processes, analysis, and reporting.

• Knowledge of electronic banking products and systems.
