Job Summary

Lead TikTok Growth & Creator Operations to build scalable frameworks for content growth, creator management, merchant branding, and operational excellence supporting Singapore and regional expansion.

Responsibilities

Content Growth & Strategy

• Develop and implement TikTok content growth frameworks to increase audience engagement and conversion rates
• Establish traffic acquisition methodologies to drive targeted customer inflows
• Design scalable content systems to support sustained growth and performance improvements
• Analyze content performance data to optimize conversion outcomes

Merchant IP Development

• Create merchant personal branding strategies to enhance market presence
• Develop merchant IP positioning frameworks to differentiate offerings
• Design content-to-revenue growth models that link content efforts to business results

Creator & Influencer Operations

• Recruit and manage creators and influencers to build a robust creator ecosystem
• Develop and deliver creator training frameworks to enhance creator capabilities
• Establish creator performance management systems to monitor and improve output
• Build scalable creator operation SOPs to standardize processes and increase efficiency

TikTok Local Services Operations

• Develop merchant growth methodologies tailored to TikTok local services
• Design customer acquisition frameworks to expand merchant reach
• Establish SOPs for TikTok vouchers and local services to ensure operational consistency

Training & Capability Development

• Train local employees and operational teams to build internal capabilities
• Develop comprehensive internal SOP documentation for operational clarity
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to transfer industry best practices
• Implement proven operational methodologies adapted to the Singapore market

Industry Research & Innovation

• Monitor emerging trends within TikTok, Douyin, and short-form video ecosystems to identify innovation opportunities
• Identify new growth opportunities and content models to maintain competitive advantage
• Introduce and adapt proven operational methodologies for local market success

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in short-form video operations, content strategy, creator management, or digital growth
• Strong understanding of content growth systems and customer acquisition methodologies
• Experience managing teams and training personnel
• Ability to develop operational frameworks and SOPs
• Strong project management and execution capabilities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with TikTok, Douyin, creator ecosystem, or local services operations
• Expertise in merchant IP development
• Experience managing creator networks
• Knowledge of TikTok Local Services operations
• Familiarity with short-form video growth systems
• Experience in China market content operations
• Involvement in cross-border digital growth projects

We're looking for a highly adaptable, responsible, and fast-learningindividual to join our Livestream & Content Team. If you enjoy a fast-pacedenvironment, love social media, and want to gain real hands-on experience inthe livestream and e-commerce industry, we'd love to meet you.

Job Responsibilities

• Support livestreams by pinning comments, engaging viewers, and assisting hosts
• Edit short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook
• Design simple livestream banners and promotional posters (Canva/CapCut)
• Assist with packing and fulfilment after livestreams
• Support offline events, roadshows and marketing activities when required

Requirements

• Basic Canva or CapCut skills
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
• Comfortable with flexible working hours (some evening livestreams)
• Able to travel locally or overseas when required

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual with a strong interest in content creation and brand marketing to support the development and execution of marketing and communications initiatives.

This is a 6-monthcontract role with the possibility of extension, offering hands-on experience in shaping campaigns, producing engaging content, and supporting out reach efforts across digital and offline platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the ideation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure smooth campaign delivery across online and offline channels
• Assist in planning and developing content for various channels and audience segments
• Create engaging content across formats such as short-form videos, human interest stories, event coverage, and editorial pieces
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop campaigns that raise awareness and enhance brand visibility
• Support identification and coordination of content creators and partners for collaborations
• Track and report campaign and content performance using analytics and social listening tools
• Translate insights into recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or higher qualification preferred
• 1–3 years’ experience in content creation, social media, or communications
• Strong writing skills with interest in storytelling and branding
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic content tools
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to multitask
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
