The Food Processing Worker will be handling poultry (mainly) and other halal meat products. S/he will be doing marination, skewering, meat-cutting, packing and/or general work, depending on her/his skillset.

• To assist the management of WSH programme and promote awareness to all stakeholders
• To liaise and follow up with the relevant stakeholders on WSH matters

This role supports the daily office administration and management coordination functions at HQ, ensuring smooth office operations, administrative support, and general coordination matters.

1. Office Administration & Coordination

• Manage day-to-day HQ office administrative matters.
• Maintain pantry supplies, stationery, office inventory, and coordinate office maintenance matters with vendors/building management.
• Collect letters, mails, parcels, and documents from the HQ letter box.
• Handle incoming HQ office calls, attend to enquiries, provide basic assistance or information where applicable, and coordinate follow-up with the relevant departments when required.
• Monitor enquiries received via the company email account.
• Coordinate courier services, visitor arrangements, and meeting room bookings.
• Arrange air tickets, hotel bookings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
• Support management administrative coordination and scheduling matters.
• Coordinate office-related invoices, payment submissions, and vendor follow-ups.

2. Documentation & Administrative Support

• Maintain office asset records, access cards, office keys, and administrative documentation.
• Support scanning, filing, and proper maintenance of office records and documentation.
• Prepare and compile IJM reports.

3. Event & General Administrative Support

• Support company events, catering arrangements, and coordinate flower wreaths, hampers, and gift arrangements for festive, condolence, and business-related occasions.
• Support company survey coordination and administrative submissions where required.
• Assist in ad-hoc office administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Min 1–2 years of experience in office administration support.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Pleasant communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and support team priorities

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise structural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Produce construction drawings, including structural plans, reinforcement detailing, steel structure drawings and structural detail drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings based on engineers' and PE-approved drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and timely submission.
• Update drawings according to project requirements and site conditions.
• Assist in material quantity take-off and project documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with BCA requirements, relevant codes of practice and company standards.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of drawings and revisions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in structural drafting or construction drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of ArchiCAD or other BIM software will be an advantage.
• Familiar with structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, steel structure drawings and construction drawings.
• Familiar with Singapore building regulations and BCA requirements.
• Able to prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
