Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and reviews into corporate fraud and financial crime risks in accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
• Review accounts and transactions to identify potential fraud and financial crime red flags.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers to obtain clarification and supporting information on account activities and transactions.
• Compile, document, and present investigation findings and recommendations.
• Support discussions on account strategies to mitigate identified financial crime risks.
• Ensure timely escalation of significant risk issues to the Team Lead.
• Maintain case registers and workload statistics.
• Assist in implementing approved account strategies, including account closures, risk rating adjustments, and monitoring activities.
• Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the banking industry.
• Minimum Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Finance, Business, Economics, or any related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT risks and financial crime red flags is an added advantage.

This role will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights, improving visibility across the supply chain, and enabling best-in-class S&OP processes.

You will partner closely with regional planning teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance planning capabilities through dashboards, data models, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Data & Analytics

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Demand & Supply Planning dashboards using Power BI to provide real-time visibility into key metrics
• Build and optimize planning data models to streamline workflows and enable planners to focus on supply modeling and decision-making
• Analyze demand and supply data to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends, providing actionable insights

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare and distribute regular reports and performance updates to key stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across systems and reporting tools

Planning Enablement

• Support the preparation of S&OP and consensus materials through data consolidation, analysis, and visualization
• Collaborate closely with market planning teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• Improve planning productivity through automation and process optimization

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Lead and support implementation of planning tools, systems enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives
• Drive productivity and innovation projects, including the application of AI and advanced analytics in planning
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data flows, and reporting efficiency

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with regional and market planning teams to align on data, assumptions, and outputs

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in Power BI (mandatory) and Tablue
• 3-5 years of Demand/Supply Planning Experience
• Experience with IT systems (eg. Oracle, SAP)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Work in cross functional teams
• Ability to spot trends and interpret results
• Familiarity with S&OP/IBP processes and supply chain planning concepts

Job Scope
Financial Planning & Analysis

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and reforecast financial analysis and reporting activities.
• Analyze headcount trends, structural fixed costs, and year-over-year financial performance.
• Conduct gross margin analysis by product line, offer mix, and country.
• Monitor topline performance and provide insights on revenue, profitability, and business drivers.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain financial dashboards, analytical reports, and performance tracking tools.
• Perform detailed analysis on product mix, cost evolution, foreign exchange impacts, and profitability trends.
• Ensure data accuracy through reconciliation, validation, and consistency checks.
• Support master data maintenance and reporting structures.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting effort and improve reporting efficiency.
• Build and maintain financial models, simulation tools, and standardized reporting templates.
• Enhance reporting processes through the use of Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
• Document and maintain reporting methodologies and automation solutions.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with regional finance teams and business stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Prepare clear and concise commentary on financial performance and key business trends.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and business requests from management.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, commercial finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, gross margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, and management reporting.
• Experience working with ERP and financial planning systems such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, EPM, or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting automation.
• Experience with Power Query, Power BI, VBA, or other data visualization and automation tools will be advantageous.
• Experience in a regional or multi-country environment is preferred.
