Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

Responsibilities

• Assists in recruiting, training, motivating, coaching, directing and supervising the work of the employees in the restaurant/bar and banquet operations.

• Assists in developing and implementing all training programmes on a continual basis to ensure a high degree of professionalism within the staff.

• Ensures that the service standards are maintained while operating within budgeted labour cost guidelines. Food and beverage cost control is also important, preventing any wastage and over-ordering.

• Ensures proper care, security and maintenance of hotel equipment.

• Supervises the storage and operational area, ensuring that all restaurants, bars and function rooms are clean and tidy at all times.

• Attends all briefings and meetings in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and disseminates the information to staff.

• Monitors staff grooming, attitude and degree of professionalism to ensure strict adherence to the standards of quality service.

• Attends to guests’ complaints, problems or situations promptly to the satisfaction of the guests.

• Assists service staff at peak periods when possible. Must also be well-versed with F&B operations hours.

• Plans staff duty roster and conducts briefing regularly.

• Monitors and controls crowd when busy, always be on alert and stay vigilant on suspicious/strange findings.

• Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements

• GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent

• 3 years of F&B experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures.

- Attend to guest enquiries professionally via phone, email and walk-ins.

- Handle room reservations and update guest details in the hotel system.

- Conduct regular floor checks and ensure public areas are clean and presentable.

- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests.

- Assist guests with directions, recommendations and general enquiries.

- Prepare shift handover reports and update operational logs.

- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment when required.

- Support night audit and operational duties when assigned.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

- Friendly and service-oriented personality.

- Comfortable interacting with guests from different nationalities.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.

- No experience required. Training will be provided.

Preferred Availability:

- Minimum 2 to 3 shifts per week.

- Able to commit for at least 3 months preferred.

Job Summary

Join our Italian restaurant as an F&B Executive supporting daily operations to deliver seamless, exceptional dining experiences focused on guest satisfaction and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Deliver exceptional guest service by actively maintaining guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to uphold service quality
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to enhance the table service experience

Salary: Up to $17/hr

Working Arrangement: 5-day work week (2 days wfh, 3 days wfo)

This is a 6-monthcontract role with the possibility of extension, offering hands-on experience in shaping campaigns, producing engaging content, and supporting out reach efforts across digital and offline platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the ideation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure smooth campaign delivery across online and offline channels
• Assist in planning and developing content for various channels and audience segments
• Create engaging content across formats such as short-form videos, human interest stories, event coverage, and editorial pieces
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop campaigns that raise awareness and enhance brand visibility
• Support identification and coordination of content creators and partners for collaborations
• Track and report campaign and content performance using analytics and social listening tools
• Translate insights into recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or higher qualification preferred
• 1–3 years’ experience in content creation, social media, or communications
