The Process Lab Engineer owns & oversees the operation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the process lab within a cleanroom environment. Key Responsibilities

Cleanroom Operations & Management

• Enforce cleanroom 5S protocols, safety standards, and contamination control procedures

• Conduct cleanroom training for internal team, customer and vendors. Involve WEHS audit and take part in EHS activities?

Process & Engineering Support

• Support process development, experiments, and failure analysis activities
• Assist engineers in setting up experiments, data collection, and analysis.
• Ensure availability of materials, consumables, and lab supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical).
• 5 years of experience in semiconductor front end/backend Equipment, cleanroom systems and Facility equipment maintenance
• Proficient knowledge of cleanroom protocols and contamination control.
• Hands-on skills in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Familiarity with facilities systems (DI Water system, gases, vacuum and process chiller) is a plus.

We are looking for a Ingot & Wafer (IW) cum Contract Manufacturing Engineer with good ethics and strong passion to take on proactive roles of qualifying and managing external suppliers to achieve company's strategic directions and key yearly goals for ingot and wafer factory. Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming quality inspections and evaluate supplier performance by identifying trends and driving continuous quality improvements
• Monitor product quality across all stages (incoming to outgoing) using SPC, ensuring compliance with customer requirements
• Maintain and manage QA documentation in accordance with ISO standards and internal quality systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve interdepartmental quality-related issues
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of QA data and records in line with established procedures
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Support customer enquiries by preparing and coordinating quality-related documentation
• Prepare and review quality documents (e.g., COA, reports) in compliance with approved procedures and customer requirements
• Participate in customer complaint investigations, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation
• Coordinate evaluation and ad-hoc sampling activities, and analyse data to support quality decisions and reporting
• Plan and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness and compliance
• Conduct risk assessments (e.g., FMEA), deliver training, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote and participate in company quality and EHS programs

· Proficient in English language, both oral and written.

· Ability to work well both independently and as a team.
